Great friendly service from the owner who gives you a full run down of how they make each taco. Made as you would get from his hometown of Sonora. Tried 3 diff ones but the birria taco was so good had to go back for 3 more. Loved it. Will teturn.

Wanted to try this new taco shop I saw open up on Highway 80. Atmosphere is very clean, new, and casual. We were greeted immediately upon entering and everything on the menu was explained to us. My wife and I ordered three tacos each and a queso fundido to share. All of the food was so fresh and we did not have to wait long for it. You also have access to a full bar of salsas and taco toppings. No alcohol beverage options from what I could tell but they do have assorted sodas and bottled water. The chicken and shrimp tacos were excellent. The birria taco and consommé dipping sauce could use a little more seasoning, but otherwise were great. The consommé just needed to be reduced down some to intensify the flavor. The steak in my wife's taco was a little overcooked for her liking but still flavorful. The salsas were very good. The queso came out piping hot and was very good when mixed with some red salsa. They did forget to bring our queso at first but very generously brought us a free guacamole to make up for it. The guacamole was freshly made, but could use some more seasoning and acid (lime juice) for my preferences. The chips did not seem to be house fried but the tortillas seemed as though they were homemade. The service here is absolutely unbeatable, they are so kind, professional, and courteous! We will definitely be coming back for some fresh, authentic street tacos.
