The communication was terrible, the employee assumed we were done with our order without asking and attempted to move on to the next person, and was moving extremely slow. When I first walked in there were two kids sitting right at the counter hitting and making a ruckus.

After standing at the counter for over 5 minutes and never being acknowledged I was about to walk out. When one one the workers asked what i wanted. The purple haired girl who was in front of me couldn’t care less. This is the most unfriendly subway that I’ve been to and would never come back. If you don’t like people find another job your are so unwelcoming.

I was the first customer of the morning and found the counters to be dirty and the floors not clean. The lettuce was wilted and looked to be left over from previous day. The employee was very nice, but the store is not clean.

Review update 4 Mar ‘24 11:30 am. Changing my rating from 3 stars a couple months ago to five stars today. Online order exactly as ordered and ready when promised. Perfect transaction.Older review 3 stars. Online order was ready and waiting when I arrived. Ordered toasted but it was not. Excessive amount of Mayo. Very little toppings. Four slices of cucumber, just a few pieces of bell pepper, four slices of tomato, and only a few pieces of banana pepper on the entire foot long. No cheese. Overall the sub was a disappointment. The lady working there was nice.

I had ordered a 6” cold cut combo. Before having finished ordering the sandwiches she had us pay. I couldn’t see the sandwiches because they were hidden behind the drop down lid. After receiving the receipt we were charged for a 12” I don’t know her name but the receipt says “Served by: 06”The cold cut combo was also placed in the same bag as a toasted sandwich so it made it warm. I ate it right away when received but the cheese was gooey.My Fiancé was still kind enough to give her a tip.I guess I’ll have to be more cautious when ordering Subway and let people know.

Ordered food online and did not receive items was not going back so asked if I could be reimbursed and was told I needed to contact tech support but there was no number to be given.. just wish if people pay money that you could actually give them what they paid for..
