Horrible service. They wouldn't accept my coupon that I got FROM THEM. They didn't even bother trying. I think they're just lazy and don't want to do the extra work of typing in a couple numbers so I could use the coupon.

Ordered curbside waited 15 minutes. Went inside the food was sitting on the counter with half the order missing. When we told the woman working she acted like we were an inconvenience for asking for the missing food. Pretty disappointed with my first visit at this restaurant.

Cicil has always been so friendly, I really enjoy his spiritual advice , it’s like God put him in my life to say the things he says . My last 3 visits he has been so happy and helpful! Bojangles has been so helpful and convenient for the last several months , I’m happy to have such a wonderful staff and food so close to home ! Many of the workers recognize me thru what I order , my car or face ! Thanks so much to this staff !! Forever grateful!

This bojangles was so great. She thought the computer messed my order up and was going to give me an extra biscuit. Her team was awesome I got my correct order and a extra order. Well done bogart bojangles. Will always come here now
Absolutely horrible experience. We stood and waited at cashier for 10 minutes along with 5 other people. Nobody even spoke to us or walked up to even try to take our orders. All the workers were in the back cutting up. Before we left we asked if they were even taking orders up here and the girl looked at us like we were crazy said “I am working the drive thru”. The drive thru maybe had 5 people in it. Just stared at us and we walked out. We will not be back to this location.

Went into Bo Jangles on Atl highway and had a most uplifting experience. The young man at the register was so kind and welcoming. He shared uplifting words with all the customers. Never had an experience like that at a fast food joint. And the brother gave all the credit to god. Humbling experience. Asé

Bojangles has a hard worker beauty young lady. Nija i think the name tag said assisted me and my guys within 8 minutes i mean we ordered a good amount of biscuits and she offered us to try that amazing cobbler and sausage bo berry wonderful sales woman we will definitely be back
