This CHICKEN restaurant does not sell CHICKEN breasts. Employee actually asked me in a sarcastic tone if I wanted her to cook more chicken when I voiced frustration after not being able to order a chicken breast and wing for the tenth time. She wanted to replace with a leg and thigh for the same price because she had already charged me for a breast and wing after I ordered at the sign. Quality of food is hit or miss. Egg and cheese left off of biscuits, but, yes, I was charged extra for it. I think the employees modify the menu by how much they feel like doing- not a lot.

The last 2 times I have been to Bojangles has been a horrible experience. I go to Atlanta hey location n Athens once a week. to get the steak egg and cheese biscuit with grits with butter already in there. The last time I went, the biscuit was hard as a rock and barely could chew today I went and there was no egg on the biscuit. The biscuit was old cold as well as he cheese and hard and the grits did not have any butter in there at all. The person at the drive-through never said thank you or anything else just took my card and handed it back , then handed me my food. This is not the Bojangles that I am accustomed too. Thisis this location has always been a very good one not sure what’s going on .

Stopped in for a steak biscuit and coffee for a little change of pace. The staff was a little off but friendly. The steak biscuit and coffee were pretty good. It is definitely convenient that they serve breakfast items all day when you are running a little behind in the morning.

Went through the drive-through here waited 30 minutes… Once we finally got our food, they forgot our drinks and said I’m sorry you’ll have to wait through the line again to get your drinks she said because they had too many customers to serve…. Where did 30 more minutes for two large drinks……..

Every time I go to Bojangles something is always wrong. I ask how long has the chicken been sitting they say it just came out (LIES) So when I get home it's dry and oily. I call back and then they want me to come back wasting my gas. I ask for fresh fries and they get an attitude. I just try not to go to the one on hwy 278 in Covington. I go to one in a different area when I'm out just so I don't have to go there for attitudes and cold food ?.
Worst place to go they charge 3 times for order and said credit card didn’t go thru ended up paying cash and they had charge credit cards

Last Sunday on January 7th. I was waiting to have my order taken. And there were two young Blk men outside cleaning something out. Then a third middle aged Blk gentleman came out. They were cussing and talking trash.The best part of my experience was the two young ladies working in drive thru. One was a nice Blk lady & a nice Caucasian lady tht l believe was taking all the orders. This was around 10:30 or 11 am. But if you allow your employees to cuss while ppl have children in their cars is unacceptable . As a paying customer. I would prefer not to hear such vulgar language while trying to place my order . So disappointed. Other than that. Everything was great. Thx. Tonya Edwards

Horrible service. I've given this place so many chances, but once again, my order was wrong, and the food was subpar. It took almost 15 minutes to get a simple sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit to go and they got it wrong. The place was empty, three cars at the drive thru, so no rush, and they still couldn't get it right. The employees all act like they want to be elsewhere and are there to pull their time to get a paycheck. It's so frustrating to see people absolutely not give care about the job they do. I know it's not the greatest job in the world, but you are being paid to do it, so at least do it right or quit and find another place to work.If this place can't do any better, it needs to shut it's doors.
