Called the store. Hung up on me after answering. Hours on Google are completely wrong. Seems like this is a location that closes whenever they feel like. Go during mid day only for normal service

Apparently they will not bring your curbside order outside unless they feel like it? I waited 20 minutes before having to go inside and get it myself. You should not offer curbside if you're not willing to deliver it

Cancelled my curbside order as I pulled up to get it. When I went inside to ask why, no one helped me when I was at the counter (I was ignored). They are too busy on their phones and running around and messing with each other to do their jobs. Even had someone not working there come behind the counter to grab stuff. As I type this, I’ve gotten glares from some of them. Also, kid heard and saw an employee suck back their snot/mucus so I hope I don’t get sick. The manager better do better and get employees who actually do their job.

Go just about every am for sauage mcgriddle ,hasnrown &small cup if water & i usually ask for food hot you would think if their busy it would be well wrong told a lady didn't see no name i want a hot hashbrown she said pu in drive thur 1& I did it was 9:03 I already had given the hashbrown back so I stated to eat the sandwich still no hashbrown so it's now 9:10 or so give them a call explain to Jessica that I was waiting on my hashbrown but no need now because I had eaten my sauage so refund me my money well she said bring in receipt & she would well stupid me thur it out at drve thur windows & without it she couldn't refund me so I said bring me hashbrown then & it was brought out a few min later I'm sorry I'm just one of those people that like hot food I've had other dealing with Jessica & she was terrific but I do understand stand the refund issue but I should've had my hashbrown before thet long
Pulled up and parked. Employee standing outside smoking a joint near front door . Went to bathroom and it smelled like a smoking bar. So disgusting we just left without even looking at menu

i come here for breakfast a couple times of the week and they NEVER have the machines cleaned to make frappucinos in the morning. on top of that, the pancakes are always rock-hard and taste horrible. it’s like the people working this location hate doing their job.

I arrived at McDonald at 8:38am and the lady at the order window was very rude and rushed my order. Her customer service was bad on top of that they got my order wrong and the food was very cold and nasty. We not be coming back to this location ever!!!!

I thought customer service was dead. Brianna proved me wrong she went above and beyond. It was the most refreshing display of customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you Brianna!

This location is great! Even when they're packed during lunchtime, orders are prepared quickly. And the order is correct, also, which is better than 80% of the fast food in this town.

Telling me “Insides closed” before I can even say hey like there isn’t two families eating inside? This happened at 10pm by the way
They don't start mobile orders until after you have arrived to pick it up. They rarely put the monopoly pieces on anything (and the list of applicable items is so short and specific, you think it'd be easy for them to remember to put a sticker on a cup or a McMuffin). They frequently give us the wrong drinks. They often also have bad attitudes. They had a friendly employee, but we haven't seen her in like a week now. And they frequently have issues with the app codes, which might be a pos issue, but they don't need to get an attitude with people. I understand they're probably in a hurry, but the 4 digit code is the 4 digit code. I can repeat it and reload the app, but outside that there's nothing the customer can do about it if the employees can't figure it out or the pos isn't working. Usually just go to the next McDonald's when this happens (once or twice a week). This is the closest McDonald's (15 min away) to us and it's another 10 minutes to the next closest unfortunately.
