It had been a while since we had eaten at McDonald's, so we chose this one nearby and ordered a combo meal from the machine to eat in the restaurant. When we got the food and started eating... the fries were cold... I had no choice but to run to the front desk to tell the staff that the fries were cold and asked if I could get a new one... The staff's expression was weird... They said I should wait three minutes and they would get me another one... I waited at the front desk for more than three minutes but still no one gave me one... I was really speechless... At that time, I saw two female employees laughing and playing around near the food preparation area, and they didn't look like they were there to work... My friend ran over and said don't wait... We threw the food in the trash... because the food was terrible... We would rather go to Chick-fil-A... than come here again!!!

Waited in drive through for at least 5 minutes before someone finally answered through the intercom. When we got to the food pick up window an employee walked by twice with his pants sagging low around his thighs with his hands in his pants & holding his junk GROSS! Waited at least another 10 minutes for food and found order to be incorrect. Do better.

Very clean. It's fast food and everyone loves McDonald's French fries 🍟, right ✅️?? Service inside is all by computer. It's kinda slow inside. But hey it's McDonald's not Ruth's Chris steak house! 😉
The fresh cookies are delicious, made hot and fresh when you order the dozen!

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the owner putting locks on the the only 2 outlets in the place. If you that cheap you need to check yourself or worried about nonpaying people using them and hanging around charging there phones is a very easy fix compared to the petty bullshit currently in place just to save 20 dollars a month In electricity to charge phones. I would like to just break those cheap ass locks. The quality in them goes hand in hand with being petty and cheap

I will never be back at this McDonald’s again I placed a online order and when I got there to pick it up they told to my order was canceled and couldn’t find my order and told me I will be refunded this is BS I will never be back

I came up there and got 2 hamburgers and I get back to the house hungry, open up my wrapper to see 2 buns with a bunch of ketchup and no patty!!! This is ridiculous how do you even do that?
