Ordered a hot coffee, the lid wasn't secured and it spilled all over my hand and arm when I went the man handed it to me from the drive through. Not a pleasant way to start my morning. Was not offered napkins or anything to help clean my clothes and car.

I took my Granddaughter here after coming from "Rush" play area to eat. She had a good time eating cheeseburgers 🍔 (her favorite) with chicken nuggets 😋 lol. It was really a good time for her.

Walked in with my daughter. She wanted chicken nuggets. There were about 10 people standing there with angry faces waiting for food and no one around. We waited for about 5 minutes and then left after not being greeted by any employees. That whole time I never saw a manager. I use to manage a Wendy's when I was young. And my job was to take care of customers. I was always at the front of the store unless I had to do something with money in the office. That doesn't take long.

I haven't been to this location in over a year because I had received such poor/rude service in the past. I stopped by today at the drive-thru and the order taker was patient and friendly. The lady, who handed me my breakfast around 10 a.m. this morning, was lovely and friendly. Good job on the turn around, guys!
