Didn't start making our food until 20 minutes later. Waited in the drive thru 2 parking spot for almost 30 minutes, had to go in and see if they had our food. They didn't. We had thought they gave it to somebody else and were mad. Our fries were thrown in the bag, no straws, only ONE napkin, had to get more from the glove box of my car. Horrible employees, ONE was nice. Our food wasn't hot at all they supposed made our food right away. Somebody was BLASTING music, they didnt nothing about it. Might never come here againParking: They had the reserved number 1 and 2 on the other aide of the building. We couldn't find it.

Went once to order, had to go back due to onions on the burger when I asked for no onions, went back a third time because silly me didn’t think to check after taking it back once. Who would think that would make the same mistake with receipt.

Went and got drive thru, they messed up my order by adding a ton of onions which I didn’t want. So I went in and very nicely let them know about it. Then they said I could keep it the incorrect food because all they could do with it is throw it away. A couple minutes later another employee came and took the incorrect food (which I know why), only for them to bring me out the “new” food which had the same problem but with slightly fewer onions. Appears like they just tried to scrape all the onions off and just put it back together as “new” using the old food but missed some. Just took my still incorrect food that I spent money on and left.

There is a guy there named Paul who usually works the service windows and he is such an amazing worker. Very polite, efficient, and just overall a good and positive person. I love this McDonald’s more than others in Athens area. Give this man a raise !!! And thank you Paul for always providing good service.
