Stopped here in the evening and the worker, while making our food, was touching her phone, face, picking her ear!!! and then without washing her hands or using gloves, she just touched all of our food!!! With her dirty hands! I have never experienced such terrible and unhygienic customer service. When you come here, BEWARE, keep checking if they are not giving you dirty food.

I like Sonic in general, but this location is very hit-or-miss as far as quality and getting things right. Sometimes, the food is freshly cooked, but, other times, it has obviously been left on the grill for a while because the hamburger patties are dried out and overcooked. There's no real rhyme or reason to it either--time of day, busy or not busy--it's totally random. I don't normally show up during a lunch or dinner rush, so maybe it's always fresh then, but sometimes when I come it is busy enough that you'd definitely expect freshly cooked stuff. Also, it's not just how fresh the food is, it's whether or not they get your order right. This part is also very hit-or-miss. They've usually gotten everything that I ordered in the bag, but not always any special requests like "no tomato" or "add mayo". It kinda sucks to come here and be really looking forward to a good juicy Sonic burger, but end up with a hockey puck with the wrong toppings to boot.

Foods okay, not really a fan. It took several minutes for someone to reach put to me kn the talk box, idk if they were in the restroom or something. They were nice enough though when they served me. I like the drive up and park thing. It's okay. Not really my kind of place but my wife likes it.

I understanding wanting to close on time, but saying you are not taking anymore orders 35 minutes before closing is a little rude🤏. I left with no rootbeer or cheese sticks which i drove 20 minutes for.

The burger was cold cheese couldn’t melt. Order Tots they were just pure grease/ cooking oil. It’s like they dumped grease in the container they were in. The cooking oil stained my car seats. I took the tots out of the bag placed them near the cup holders in my car it’s a puddle of grease/cooking oil like near the console. The bag the food was in is saturated in cooking oil. I deserve my $12.87 back plus a detailed car was for my seats. I have never had so much cooking oil on fries that it destroyed my property. Don’t eat here. The cashier was a bit rude. I will add photos. I believe some workers might need to be retrained

We drove here from the other location only to find out that employees are instructed to lock the bathroom doors and not let customers in. There's a sign visible you can see from the window in the outside doors. This window exists because these were meant to be public restrooms.
So you can essentially count this Sonic as not having a public restroom. If you want to be able to use the restroom, I would advise going elsewhere.

I’ve been knocking on the window for 25 minutes at this location because I put in a mobile order. And can’t get anyone out to the car. No one answered the call box. NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable behavior. It’s currently 9:45 am.
