We sat in the drive thru over 20 mins after ordering very basic sides and drinks. The attitude of the workers, along with the wait - and then the look and quality of the food made us wonder if something had been done to our food. We ended up not eating it.

I ordered in my app and went to get it. I was never acknowledged. I even waited 5 mins after it said it was ready before I got there. I then proceeded to wait another 20 mins until I couldn’t wait any longer. Their phone rings and no one ever answers it. This is the closest place to my work and I hate going there because they have the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Lady at the window was rude. Said they had no ice cream. Took us taking 2 laps around the building to get service once someone spoke she only said Sonic then never heard nothing back so we pulled to the window. It needs better management/employees this place is ridiculous. Unless u have nothing but time this is the place

Been here 3 separate times and left empty handed all 3 times. Men parked in parking lot with the staff talking about (use your imagination). Which leads me to speculate that they may be selling or not selling more than just menu items. Nothing works, not even the staff. Don't waste your time here and go to the Lexington rd location!!!!

I had got food poisoning I ate here yesterday I won’t eat here again place so outdated they need to upgrade they building and equipment why one have one head set when it’s always busy but to be waiting for a hour for your food or drink I ate at better sonic then this the worst one I ever been too

If you have to go back through the drive-thru 2 seperate times, only for them to give you the incorrect items both times? There's absolutely a problem, strongly suggest visiting the one on the other side of athens if you are specifically craving Sonics.

Close this store down. Been here 3 times in little over a month. Can't make a drink for one reason or another. Cook does t show up. Looks like a hang out spot instead of a place of business. Garbage store.

Get new management or shut it down! Every time I go I sit in the drive through 15 mins or longer. Then an employee tells me she is by herself working the booths and the drive through but there is like one car in the booth and no one in the drive through.

Drive thur broken, messed up order multiple times, swore all items were in the bag and had to un pack to show items were missing, unorganized and not professional

Food was alright. Didn't order ice cream or slushies cause they are always out. Didn't ask if they had them today. Place looks like an abandoned building from the road. Tall grass, broken signage, had to order at the window cause speaker was out. Trash cans are full. Order panels for parking space ordering are either missing or have literally just fallen off the poles and just left to rot....not sure If the power to that board was hot or not but the fire Marshall needs to come by and site them. Employees complaining that a/c is broken and that they had fans everywhere inside. Sonic corporation should screen their franchise owners a lot better. Only way I knew restaurant was open was a couple of cars in the drive thru. I would add pictures but I don't have time to upload a whole portfolio of images.

Service here was lacking. The person that brought our food out seemed really inconvenienced and even got our order wrong. I have eaten here in the past and had a decent experience , but it gradually seems to be getting worse.

I've been waiting for 20 minutes. First at the stalls, then the drive thru. The sign says they open at 9, but I was told they weren't open yet, at 10:55.
