Best place in Athens for old school breakfast food. Extremely popular for takeout food on the way to work. My favorites are their bacon & egg biscuit and sausage gravy biscuit. I always try a sausage gravy biscuit everywhere I go that has one (even when traveling), and I can easily say that Strickland's has the best one.

They also serve lunch, but I rarely get a chance to go during that timeframe, so I can't comment much as to their lunch offerings....

Everything was fresh and tasted ok. I'm just not a fan myself. I liked the sausage biscuit better than the chicken biscuit. The chicken was a little dry but had a good taste. Staff was all great.

Great service, hot tasty breakfast. Good portions, extremely expensive now ! Near $9 for tenderloin and cheese biscuit,with tea. They have out priced my availability to eat there .
