We made a mobile order after the ga game and when we got there, the cars were wrapped around the building. We only sat in line for 10 min from the time we got there til the time we got our food. The staff members were working very hard and efficiently to get everyone what they needed. We were very shocked but thankful we didn’t have to sit in line for an hour to receive food.

Best Taco Bell Location, HANDS DOWN! I used to hate this location, food was never hot and I would always have to pull forward or around to wait for food. Whatever changes were made, bravo! My food is ALWAYS hot, the staff is very attentive and helpful. Don't get me started on the service, AMAZING!!
Food is good and fresh. Service is trash. Literally greeted the employee at the drive thru window when I pulled up, for her to stare me dead in the eyes and just close the window. Not only that, she just held out her hand for the card, no words spoken. No wonder you work at Taco Bell 🤗

If I could give no stars I would. Spent over $50 on food for the family. It was awful!! Quality was poor. Food looked thrown together. The way prices are going up on everything they need to do better. But will never go back.

I was just at the drive through and the lady taking the order was rude and when i pulled up to the window she forgot the give me my drink and when i asked her for it while even after that she didn’t bother to say sorry or Thankyou instead she gave a sassy look

They were obviously in the middle of changing signage when I came inside but the seating area was a big mess and it made the area seem dirty. They are very busy at lunch time. Use the app

I have been sitting in this drive thru for 30 minutes.
Update - got my order and it was missing items. Went inside and was given the incorrect order again. I gave up and just took it home and ate it. I’d say this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to but unfortunately there’s worse.
The food is always fresh but they mess up or forget items regularly. The staff is happy to fix it but check everything before you roll away.

I was unaware that this location used a kiosk for customers to use when coming inside to order. I mistook the ordering kiosk for a condiment kiosk to get napkins and straws, etc. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee spoke to me and took my order. And I would have gladly ordered from the kiosk if they had pointed out my error. But I didn't realize my error until I turned away from the counter to leave.
