Got to the coffee shop at 4:45p, sat at the window for 5minutes, rang the door bell 3 times. Someone finally opened the window and immediately said “what do you want”. There was no “hello, how are you, sorry for the wait”. Told the lady our order and she quickly cut us off and said “iced or hot, what size”. So rude and shouldn’t work at a place with customer service if you are going to act like that. All of there outdoor signs are knocked down she is not paying attention to her surroundings either. Coffee is great, service is terrible!

Wow. Is all I have to say about MY experience and OTHERS similar experiences with customer service, wait time, and quality of this place. 3rd times a charm and this was my 3rd time coming here, but unfortunately was enough for me to never waste my money on this place again because it just gets worse. My fiancé and I were patiently waiting in line for our drink after switching lanes because the one in front of the fountain was open. 1st ring of the door bell: when we got there. Nobody came and the window screen is black so you can’t see anyone on the inside. 2nd ring: after maybe 4-5 mins of still just sitting there staring at a black window watching the cars in the other lanes move. Cars start lining behind us and we still have not been greeted, acknowledged, anything. 3rd ring and final ring: finally after 10 minutes someone annoyed answer “I’ll be with you in one minute” and shuts the window right back in our face. Mind you WE, not the barista (if that’s her title), thought we were in the wrong lane but the sign on the window says “if we cannot see you, please ring.” Obviously we weren’t because she finally did open the window. I have worked in the food industry and have been the only server on the floor for a night shift before. I get it, being busy and it’s just you. That does not mean for crappy service and that a stank attitude is ever okay. All she had to say to us after the 1st and definitely the 2nd ring was “hey there, give me one second and I’ll be with you in a moment” JUST..I DON’T KNOW..ACKNOWLEDGE?!? We would have been fine waiting if someone would’ve just said anything, but 10 minutes?! No genuine greeting or apology for the wait?? With an attitude?? We drove off and a bird was flipped because that is ridiculous. On top of the fact I told my fiancé after the 2nd ring, “Every time we come here, it’s either long wait or/and bad service.” This is a business?? Yeah right. I make the 15 min drive to this place really for the beignets only, but I think, as one of the Cafe Vignette owner comments stated as a reply to another individual writing a 1 star review, I’ll take myself to another coffee shop or even buy a ticket to New Orleans for some beignets, either way I’m treated better and acknowledged.

Had me sitting at both windows for a while. I rung the bell at the first one, no one came so I drove around to the second, rung the bell again. Someone walked near the window and then turned around… no greeting, no sorry give me a moment or anything. Bad impression for a first time customer… a few previous reviews before me mention similar treatment. It appears the employee was busy mixing up some drinks for her family members that were out waiting for her to bring the drinks to the car.

And then there’s Mo—the barista, the legend, the vibe curator. Mo doesn’t just make coffee, she makes mornings worth getting out of bed for! have always really loved this place and their coffee. but ever since it went under new ownership, i found that customer service is really not that great. every time i go there, it’s the same lady, and idk if she’s the owner, but she is not very friendly at all. i get we all have our bad days which is why i always give her the benefit of the doubt and am very understanding.. but when it’s every single time, it really makes you not wanna go back. so if you’re reading this maybe keep that in mind for your future customers. it’s okay to be a lil friendly sometimes specially when you’re running a business.

I’ve seen so many rave about this place online. I’m rarely in this part of town but an appointment put me in that area today. Stopped by and tried an iced pumpkin white mocha and it was delicious. Service was excellent.

She always says it will be a 30 minute wait or the grease needs to be changed etc… this is a reoccurring thing, so as a business owner I finally reached out to the owner (fb page). I would want to know if I as a business owner was potentially losing money. It was her, pretty much arguing with me about how she didn’t refuse me anything. Then blatantly lied to my face about what was said. I didn’t get an I’m sorry that you had that experience or anything. She then told me that she was the future owner & that she would gladly show the owner the message thread. Needless to say I will take my money elsewhere!! I was pretty much threatened by the owner, Bill!! This is who y’all are supporting!! Horrible customer service!
