have always really loved this place and their coffee. but ever since it went under new ownership, i found that customer service is really not that great. every time i go there, it’s the same lady, and idk if she’s the owner, but she is not very friendly at all. i get we all have our bad days which is why i always give her the benefit of the doubt and am very understanding.. but when it’s every single time, it really makes you not wanna go back. so if you’re reading this...
