Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Staff are always wonderful and kind.
I’ve never had a problem with Chik Fil A anywhere in the entire world but I’ve had to come back to this specific location 3 separate times to get missing food or a remake. Today they actually burnt my food, and gave me a half sized patty on the remake. I’d rather go to mcdonalds if I wanted my order messed up 50% of the time? Whats the point of going here 😂

I have never experienced such consistent issues at a Chick-fil-A location. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect, with items missing entirely or substituted with something I did not order. On one visit, I even received food that was burnt. I am unsure why this particular location operates at such a poor standard, but unfortunately, it has been enough to deter me from returning to Chick-fil-A altogether.

This is the only Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to that had rude, eyerolling teenagers, working the drive-through for breakfast and lunch. I work nearby and often go and get lunch for everyone and we all avoid this Chick-fil-A because we have all had terrible experiences in the past three months.
