Last night, June 12th, we went through the drive thru at Fazoli's. There was a car broken down in the lane near the window that was keeping traffic from being able to go through. After ordering we were asked to pull into a parking spot by the drive thru lane. While we and many others were waiting on our food a rainstorm started. The two females who were working to get everyone their food didn't miss a beat. They were hustling even as they were getting soaked. Our order was correct and very good even under not so good circumstances. Kudos to those two young women. You don't see dedication like the very often any more.

First time eating at this location. Went there today about 5:30 and my boyfriend walked inside to place a order and he clearly requested No Bacon because he dont eat Pork and his meal had bacon in it. Just paid for a meal that he couldn't eat. And I felt so bad because I was bragging on their food. Should have drove to Macon Zebulon Rd. I will not come back!

Anytime I drive through GA I have to stop for some Fazoli's. The staff was incredible and super friendly. Food was prepared fast hot and was so delicious! Wish we still had these restaurants in Florida!
I'm from the west cost so we don't have these back home... the Italian restaurant for me is Olive Garden and I have to say this restaurant is 10 times better than Olive Garden! The breadsticks are to die for... you'll certainly find yourself eating more than 1 😋
The portion size is more than enough 👌 the service is incredible! You're barely sitting down after getting your drink and your meal is already being served. The food is piping hot too.
I'll definitely eat here again every time I'm visiting Georgia.
