Ordered a large cookie cake for an event. Gave clear examples of what I was looking for as far as the design goes, and the guy showed me the paper before I left, which looked similar. It was, however, done completely different. The writing went vertical instead of horizontal, like we discussed and the wording was changed. I picked it up, it just looked rushed, but I was in a hurry to take it to our event so I couldnt do much about it. The cookie cake itself tasted great, but...
