Myself and 2 other guys waited 30-40 minutes for our breakfast. The other 2 guys got their money back. They was giving the people who walk in after 20 after we ordered their food. They have an attitude here. And then a hair was in my biscuit and gravy. So I trash it. This happened at 12-7-24 about 9:45-9:50. Don't have a attitude with us customers. And u won't get one. 35 to 40 minutes is absolutely uncalled for

There is a guy touching all of our food with only one glove on. The other hand without gloves is touching cheese, biscuits, meat. Everything. I don't even know if I want to eat my biscuit. 🤢
Burger freshness is hit-or-miss. Sometimes they are good, and other times they taste like the patties have been sitting in the warmer for hours. But when they're good, they're really good. Not sure if all Hardee's provide veteran discounts, but this location does.

10/2/2024 at around 6:30 am I went to the drive in and ordered a biscuit. The lady taking the order asked me to repeat the order which I did. She then asked me to repeat it again and sounded rude this time. Before I could answer she said HELLOOOOOOO!!! I repeated it again and she said " Damn can they not hear me!!" At that point I decided they weren t getting my business. I drove around the side of the building to leave and saw an older woman working the window that looked like a 50 year old gremlin with a wig on. They have lost my business and my entire families business for as long as I live. I've been frequenting this Hardees since they opened and will never go back. I'll go to Bojangles down the road where they show respect to customers.

Got the 5.99 bag pick 2 ham sandwiche barely any ham couldn't find cheese all bun waited over 20 minutes only one in dining room 1 car in drive thru

I said I walked in the restaurant. Waited for 10 minutes and nobody still acknowledge me, and it was slow. Nobody was in there three of the staff inside of their saw me. No one said a thing. I walked out

Placed our order through drive thru, once we paid for our food we was asked to pull up. Food was cold when they brought it out to car! What was the reason to be pulled up to bring out cold food!
