Jersey Mike's has been around for more than 70 years but the dedication to quality and service is top notch. The Bonaire location is a great example of this. Employees here are the best and their attention is how it should be done.

It was really noisy but the sandwich was fantastic

It’s 8:37 and the open sign is out when the restaurant doesn’t close until 9pm! That’s nearly 30 minutes prior to close…

Just spent $64.30 on three giant subs today. The only sub that was correct or semi decent was the plain turkey and cheese (no toppings and only mayo). The other subs (#8 - Mike’s way) were hard, very limited meat, barely any lettuce, no mayo and bacon was forgotten. I used to look forward to eating here; there’s nothing like a well-made Jersey Mike’s sub! However, the food quality has changed. Or perhaps it’s the lack of passion from the employees making the food is what has changed. $64.30 on mediocre sandwiches is ridiculous. If I wanted mediocre I would have gone to Subway; it’s a lot closer to my house.

We were the first in line of 4 customers. 2 more customers walked in. We didn’t get our sandwich until all 4 customers behind us, and had to ask what happened to ours. It was the classic that was supposed to include caramelized onions, but ours had uncooked onions. Bad experience, won’t be going back…

When spending almost $20 on a sandwich I shouldn’t have to be pulling off excess bread because there’s not enough meat but I also feel like if I would’ve ordered in the store instead of doing a mobile pickup that they would’ve made my sandwich better. Definitely disappointing. Good customer service though.
