We were the first in line of 4 customers. 2 more customers walked in. We didn’t get our sandwich until all 4 customers behind us, and had to ask what happened to ours. It was the classic that was supposed to include caramelized onions, but ours had uncooked onions. Bad experience, won’t be going back…

When spending almost $20 on a sandwich I shouldn’t have to be pulling off excess bread because there’s not enough meat but I also feel like if I would’ve ordered in the store instead of doing a mobile pickup that they would’ve made my sandwich better. Definitely disappointing. Good customer service though.

This is a decent place kinda dirty, the staff weren't actually rude but they definitely weren't friendly, I got a giant philly, and for some reason they decided to put some kind of sweet sauce on my sub, after I specifically ask for no mayonnaise or any sauce of any kind, but it didn't matter, had to get to work, and I won't be going back..

Just had for the first time. I got the Italian. It was freshly sliced and loaded! So fresh n yummy on the rosemary Parmesan bread. The slicer girl was smiling and sweet. All the counter help was very friendly. It's so nice to get good customer service for a change.

Dietary restrictions: I wanted to try the sub in a tub to reduce calorie intake and it did not disappoint! It was delicious. I did the club sub with double meat, add pickles and banana peppers. It was more than I could eat! I will order again for sure!
