I ordered the #8 Mike's way customized with honey mustard and banana peppers but I guess they decided to make it the way that they wanted without my honey mustard or banana peppers. I ordered online for pick up and once I got home and took a bite out of my sandwich I was very upset that it wasn't what I asked for. I hate when I don't get what I paid for! Very disappointed

I’m a vegetarian, and already have limited options, but the 1 thing I wanted was extra Swiss cheese and no provolone. But the preparer seemed to keep going on with making the sandwhich even after I had asked for extra Swiss. Sandwhiches weren’t wrapped tight, so currently eating a salad. We’ve been here before and hasn’t been this bad. Then proceeded to get charged extra for things I didn’t get. I understand employees are hard to find, but atleast train the ones you have correctly.

I normally DONT have a bad experience here and tonight it was fine, HOWEVER I've been looking fwd to a Jersey Mike's sub for 2 damn days and when I got home, my bread was like a damn BRICK! That's AFTER all the oil and vinegar! That's not fresh bread bruh! It only takes one thing to make it bad and that did it! Change out your bread daily guys! NOONE wants to disassemble a sandwich and eat meat and cheese. I ain't on Keto and I love being fat!

I had the pleasure of dealing with their manager, Katicia the other day, and she had the most genuine beautiful smile and really made me feel welcome, someone give that girl a raise/bonus! ?

Eat jersey mikes all the time. Food is great but don't walk in at 15 till closing. 1 lady was mopping told me to watch me step as I heard the the other lady saying hope he is paying with a card then no one greeted us. All she said was how you paying, then other lady said well I have already cleaned the grill. So we left. It's ashamed how lazy people are these days. I worked in many restaurants in the day. If you close at 9 then close at 9 period. Worst Jersey mikes in the southeast

I don't usually post reviews but my experience was so great I wanted to let everyone know. The staff was super friendly tonight. They all deserve 10 stars if that was possible. I travel alot and it was so refreshing to be treated like I was the most important person when they waited one me. As I was waiting on my sub I listen to the staff treat EVERYONE THE SAME!! GREAT JOB !!I will make sure I stop in on my next visit to the area. This is truly rare today. THANK YOU !!!

Reading the other reviews it seems your experience here depends on who is working. When we visited the employees were friendly and everyone seemed to like being there and were all busy making sure the food came out quick and well prepared. I thought the philly tasted good. I will return for sure.

Don’t know the ladies name, the one with the balding Afro first time in Jersey Mike’s on Highway 96.Tried placing an order… she interrupted me as I was ordering. ever other word. when I got done ordering she said “that’s all I needed to know” as if I was retarded…. Rude.
