Whenever you need a quick dinner option for the house or for a party, Marco's always has a deal going, and their pizza is better than the other fast pizza joints. They have lots of specialty pizzas and they are all good and often come with some sort of discount or bundle. I quite enjoy it. I've never eaten at the restaurant, I always pick up or have it delivered.

Put an order in at 4pm. It’s now 6pm and being told my pizza isn’t even put in the oven…I get it’s Halloween but 2 hours and it’s not even in the oven!?

I have repeatedly received my pizza not made to the specifications of my orders. I have spoken to the GM about this a few times already. This time, I got extra toppings (which I am charged for) and I did not receive them. I've spoken to someone who said they are on the line for toppings and they make sure that the toppings are on there...then WHY is my crust bare and naked. Where is my triple spinach that I PAID for? Where is the bacon I PAID for. The bare an naked crust that should have been dressed up nicely has been bare and naked on MULTIPLE occasions.

We order pizza and salad from Marco’s almost every Sunday. The pizza is always delicious and service is fantastic! We usually order a large salad each week as well and they are always good. The ingredients are fresh and I love the house made croutons! Zay is so nice, always remembers our names and we appreciate that he goes out of his way to remember us and take care of us!

Whenever I go to this store, they are consistently playing some of the worst, most offensive music I've heard. I wouldn't care if it was occasional or if they would turn it down when some one walks in but they don't. I've walked out without ordering so I don't have to put up with it. Don't go here in person and definitely don't bring your kids inside.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to today. This was only my second time visiting Marco’s Pizza. My first visit was fine, got good service, decent food. But today, I was greeted by Zay, and his customer service stood out in a way that’s really rare these days. Zay welcomed me with a genuine smile and great attitude right off the bat. He didn’t just take my order, he went above and beyond. He offered a better deal than what I originally planned on ordering, and made the entire interaction feel personal and appreciated. It’s not often you get noticeably better than good service, but Zay delivered that. His energy and professionalism are exactly the kind of thing that keeps people coming back. If his manager sees this: Zay deserves to be recognized. He’s an asset to your team.

Marcos pizza is on the UPSIDE APP. (Code. QQWQU) Make sure you download it on your phone and use it to get money back at places like this and at the gas stations.
They are always friendly here although there's really no real interaction beyond handing a prepaid pizza over the counter.
The stickers on the door are peeling off and there's never anyone else in the dining room when I go.

Pizza expected within 30-45 for a celebration. After an hour and 5 mins there was still no pizza. I called and it would be another 20-30 because they only had one driver. The manager asked me what could he have done differently and I said call the customer and let them make a decision. There were people at a party waiting to eat. He offered a discount then refused. Then was angry and asked I wanted to cancel the order or not. Bet your behind I wanted to cancel. He had “no way” to show me that he cancelled the order. Really? Don’t believe the online information. The store does not honor it. And management can become very chippy.
