Waited more than 30 minutes for an in-store order while drive-thru customers kept getting served. No communication, no apology, nothing.
It honestly feels like walking inside was a mistake. Poor customer service and very frustrating.

Oh my goodness. We showed up at the drive thru and 24 minutes AFTER ordering.... The employee at the window asked us our order 3 separate times what our order was...rolled her eyes as she walked away from the window....then a different employee came and asked for our receipt and walked away with it... STILL NO FOOD....at the 25 minute mark.... WORST DRIVETHRU EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! At 45 minutes.... We finally got our food and it wasn't what we ordered.

Ordered online to pickup inside. Stood at front counter for five minutes and the staff ignored me and the 3 other customers. After going out to the drive through they insisted I go back inside so they could ignore me again for 5 minutes

My burger tasted like perfume called to inform the manager she had an attitude and acted like she did not care if you have on so much perfume that its on the food that is so ridiculous
