Everything was great until my food came up and it just sat there. I happened to get up and walk to the counter where I see my order just sitting there.. so I inquired about it and before I realized I had three people discussing whose fault it was. So I said while you guys are arguing, can I have my food. They gave it to me but the fries was cold. So they had to redo my fries. And when new fries came out, they were giving out because they forgot about me again so I had to wait...

I’ve ordered a latte on the app two different mornings around 6:30 a.m. The first time, I was told the machine was in “cleaning” mode and wouldn’t be ready for about 30 minutes, so I just took a refund. I figured someone had started the cleaning cycle late that day—no big deal. But this morning, it happened again. Same story: “cleaning” mode, not available, refund issued. I don’t understand why the latte machine would be in cleaning mode at 6:30 a.m.—prime time...

We are talking McDonalds... and I was craving an old fashioned cheeseburger and fries... with a coke ZERO. Everything tasted freshly cooked; fries were hot and salted perfectly; they gave me coke ZERO (not diet coke), and the folks working there were friendly, nice, and talkative with me and the other customers (not just their peers behind the counter). It has been a long time since I stopped in a McD's, and this one was top notch! Enjoy!
