This location is filthy. The windows, the floors, the tables, even behind the counter looks dirty. The staff was joking around the entire time. My food was cold and stale, this is by far the worst location. If it had been busy, I would understand SOMEWHAT but they genuinely don’t care here.

I placed an online order at Moe’s for dinner for my family, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The steak in the bowl was not actual steak—it was mostly fat—and the overall presentation was unacceptable. I called and spoke with a manager that evening, but the issue was not resolved.
The following morning, I called again and was shocked when the store manager accused me of trying to get free food from a small business in the community. As a nurse who serves this community, I take great offense to that. I don’t have to scam anyone for food—I paid honest money for a meal that fell far below acceptable standards.
After this experience and reading similar reviews from others, I can confidently say I will not be returning to this location. I expected better service and professionalism.

4/22/25 I just came in to get a regular bowl and when I came home to eat it (bowl halfway eaten) I started to taste something gritty and when I spit it out it was black. I don’t know what this is but can yall please tell me! I got chicken and steak in my bowl also

Walked into this location on 08 April 2025 around 5pm and it was just me and my family there which is fine, but the place was not clean at all. None of the tables have been wiped down, trash on the floor, old food from customers on the floor and the food tasted old. While we were sitting there eating the stale food, the workers were talking about smoking pot and they all kept going to the back and leaving no one up front. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this Moe’s. We should have looked at the reviews prior to going to this Moe’s.

This Moes is disgusting. And looking at other reviews, it appears that management doesn’t care. The location is dirty, it was not busy when we arrived so that can’t be the reason, the staff was just joking around instead of cleaning. The food was stale and old. Lesson learned about eating at this location.

Y’all want a higher wage but can’t complete basic tasks. The service here is horrible and the restaurant is filthy. My order was a single burrito and you somehow managed to screw that up. Look at the picture, it looks like you just balled it up like you were getting ready to throw it in the trash can. Do better seriously. Asked for some sour cream and never got that.

Every time we go to the south we have to stop at a Moe’s since we don’t have this by Chicago and all the time it’s fire we love their adobo chicken with cilantro rice so flavorful.
This locations by far has been the most clean we every been and employees are really nice.
I had a veggie quesodilla and it a decent portion of food. It was nice, warm and I felt like I was actually getting my money's worth.

Good place to come get a burrito obviously. They had really good food and my buddy bought me a burrito while we were up here, doing some work. They had a plug on one of the back walls by a table and I was able to sit down and charge my laptop and attend an online meeting. Staff did not bother me and I did not ask permission to use the plug, so thank you guys was able to log on and catch the meeting without a minute to spare.

Chipotle skimping on the food again or wait this is Moe's well I guess Moe's knows how to cheat you out of meal. Not sure if the food line person was new but everything was only a little bit on both bowl and burrito. Watched the worker take a big scoop or queso and then only put a couple drops on a burrito then put it back in the bin.... In reference to the picture the top clearly was put on and usually the queso container is wrapped in tinfoil but not this time and now I guess I ordered a bag of nachos instead of a side of queso...thanks a lot. Food was decent but definitely not worth the money. Moe's use to be good but I guess like all good things, it must come to an end. No more Moe's for this family.

Ordered food online. After picking order up at drive thru, realized at home there was no black beans in both bowls we ordered. The meat was old should have been thrown out. Hardly any salad on top. Not worth the $10. Happened on 11/19/2024

Their service not like used to be. They don't cover their hair properly and they do not care properly people who don't eat meat. Sometime we find meat in veggies stuff.
