I made an online order March 16th 2024 for 10 sandwiches $117.00 worth. The app never stopped me or told me I would Need a 24 hour notice for that many sandwiches. The order went through like normal took my money and gave me reward points. When I arrived At the Bonaire store the young lady told me she needed a 24 hour notice and did not make the sandwiches. Told me I could Request for a refund through the app. I’ve tried contacting Subway through the app and no answer at the time and no refunds have been made. I never received my sandwiches or my refund.

Went in to get a sandwich during lunch time on Saturday, Feb 24, 2024. Was told was shift change and would be 15 mins at least before we could be waited on. Poor management and poor ownership. Shift change should overlap. Sandwiches are already ridiculously over-priced. Not the first time issues like this have been encountered. This Is the subway in Bonaire. GA. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

We left the Subway on Hwy 96 to go to this Subway because of how incredibly rude they were at 96 !The two working at the Bonaire location were kind , efficient , and prompt ! The food was very good !We are boycotting the Subway on 96 !!

The girl working here on on Nov 28th around 3:30pm is rude. She rolled her eyes and was annoyed I said “large” instead of “footlong”. She doesn’t look at you. She doesn’t say thank you or have a good day. She’s fast which is nice but she had an attitude for no reason.

Only one option for bread and not fresh, no steak, veggies looked stale and mixed up(pieces of different veggies dropped in wrong bin). Overall not an appetizing experience. This is not the first time this store was out of ingredients and looked sloppy. It has become the norm. People in this area have very few options on restaurant choices. I will go elsewhere next time.

There was such a nice young guy there tonight. I wish I'd got his name. He was a star employee! Gracious and kind. I hate going in to a restaurant 30 mins til close but we had just gotten back to town from a 2 and a half hour drive. He was patient and talked to us the whole time he was making our food. I wish you could get this kind of customer service every where. ?

The worst .I've been here 3 times within a week and they are always out of subs and there card reader doesn't work and they can't take cash .They might as well close the damn door

Come here often because it’s so close to home and am ALWAYS disappointed. The staff is always using old, hard bread! Will even argue with you about the bread being hard. Online orders are ALWAYS wrong and location often locks the doors earlier than closing time on the door. Awful location.

Waited in line for 10 minutes, when it was finally my turn to order they pulled bread for several online orders and ignored me standing there and proceeded to make sandwiches for people who were not there. Had to leave after waiting there so I wouldn't be late.

The girl working was rude and very unhappy with her job. Slamming thing breathing heavily just straight rude. After all the we get to the register and had a big bill she slammed her hand down and said I ain't got change for that and walked away? I will never come here again. With that attitude she should be happy to have this job.
