This TacoBell sucks so bad. They are literally the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. We encounter this every time, and yet, stupidly wonder if it’ll be any better. It never is. We ordered our food at 6:15 and I am sitting here at 6:45 with a partial order because they left part of my order out. They prioritize the drive through, but if you go thru the drive thru they have the worst attitude. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Indigo Ninja (Aleister Edwards)

Food was good. But like many Taco Bell locations no one was wearing hairnets which is concerning. The service is inconsistent when it comes to speed and attitude. On this outing the person closest to the front was very rude to customers and wearing earbuds which is not really inviting for anyone needing help. Typical when it comes to this Taco Bell location.

Please take the vanilla cream soda freeze off of the menu. We have been 4 times in the last 10 days, and the machine is either out of order or in defrost mode.

The best Taco around has gone down the drain. We went there a few weeks ago. Food was not at the best. The crew looked and acted unprofessional. One of the workers smoking weed outside. Very disappointing. We have not been back.

This location is constantly out of Baja Blast. They tell you to wait at the drive thru window for absurd amounts of time to then tell you that they are out of basically everything.

This location needs more workers and to be better stocked.

Spent $25 on food none of it came out right. Missing chips, quesadilla, lettuce on tacos when receipt says no lettuce. Bad experience and waste of money.

When this location opened it was great. Orders were accurate and you got through the line fast. Now you lucky if you get through the line in less than 10 min. Do better TB.

Teach your employees some customer service skills! Maybe a smile, simple thank you instead of throwing your order out the window which is wrong most of the time. When the order is wrong, there is no sorry or a thank you.
