Ate here 1/28/24. We ordered on the app. Then added another order. So, we had 2 orders. Got there and the second order was just finishing up. The first order got lost somewhere. The folks working there were not too happy about things and we had a hard time convincing them we had 2 orders. We showed them the 2 orders on our app and on our credit card app that showed we were charged for both orders. They finally got around to making the second order but not before making several smoothies for other people. (some were app ordered for people not even there! ) All while we sat there and watched. Very annoying and rude. We will not be stopping by this location anymore. On the upside, the Caribbean jerk wrap was very good.

Paid over $8 for a smoothie that was only 80% full. There was a 2 inch gap between the lid and the smoothie surface. I saw another customer's smoothie that was filled to the lid. No consistency and overpriced.

Fantastic service! We drive past another tropical smoothie near where we live just to come here. I can’t say enough about the service. To be served with a “made with love” from the person that made it let’s me know that great customer service is still out there! The food is better than not just other tropical smoothies, but other restaurants as well! It’s made fast, served warm, and with a smile. The drinks are always on point. We mostly order online and pick up, but when we have the chance we love to eat inside and enjoy the upbeat atmosphere and conversation.
