If I could leave a zero star rating, I would! I can’t tell you how the atmosphere or food was b/c I was not given an opportunity to place an order. I had never tried them before and wanted to give the business a chance. I called to make a to-go order and was put on hold for ELEVEN MINUTES! Finally a recording said press any number to leave a message and a Wingstop agent will call you back. So I did and got another recording that said you were on hold b/c we were helping other customers. Please call back. It will be a cold day in you know where before I do! I’m actually glad now I didn’t get to order after reading the reviews and comments. This particular business on Hwy 96 has a Yelp rating of 1.0 which I think is generous. The Centerville and Macon sites both have a 2.2 rating. Yelp did not show a rating for the Perry site but Google has a 3.2 . They clearly have major management issues and won’t be in business long unless they improve tremendously and do it very quickly. I know I’m done!

3 ppl that knew the staff came in and got free drink cups, ranchx4 and sides of seasoning , practically walking into the kitchen to ask. Me and another customer were charged for a single extra ranch when we received none with orders of 20 and 30 wings each.

Ordered a 5 piece sauced tenders for me and a 10 pc bone in mild wings for my wife. Brought them home, her wings had absolutely nothing on them. Took them back, the worker there was trying to tell me that mild sauce was a dry rub. They resauced them with mild sauce, but they were still dry and overcooked. The fountain drinks often don't work and spray everywhere. And the fries are disgusting.

JB and Kiki We’re very sweet and on their game! I was recently in the Wingstop right before closing. I felt bad showing up so late, but they did not complain about giving me wonderful service.
This was my 1st 🥇 time trying fried cajun corn 🌽, and I’ll DEF. be ordering it again! 🔁 And to 🔝 it, the wings 🍗 were on the house!

Apparently their google hours, website hours, and hours on apps they are affiliated with are not accurate. I placed a delivery order 2 hours in advance. They told the person picking it up they weren’t open yet (even though their hours say they are) and they did not start on my order until it had already passed 20 minutes since it was supposed to be delivered. I ended up having to spend more money tipping my delivery driver more since they had to wait AN HOUR on my order while the staff just sat around talking. Location on Watson is better

Workers were walking around not doing their job, the two girls at the front had two guy friends flirting with them, taking videos on snapchat, etc. - 30 minute wait for 10 wings at a very chill time at night its insane

I recommend driving a couple more mins up to Warner Robins for some good quality wingstop wings , or the one newly opened in Perry
