I recommend their fried chicken. I asked for dark meat 2 piece dinner & everything was fresh & crispy.

My boyfriend and I went there to get milkshakes and the number 5 meal and one milk shake was not mixed all the way. The other one was not what we ordered and over mixed. The third one was over mixed too and half a milk shake and had too much milk in it. Our burger and fries wasn’t hot nor warm and our fries was not filled all the way. It is ridiculous that when you want a good burgers and fries with milkshakes you don’t even get it warm. We even had to wait for it. That is even more ridiculous. Had to wait for what? A couple of cold burger with too thick of a milkshake, a wrong milkshake and too watery on the third. I will not go back to this restaurant. I rather drive somewhere else to get fresh food and good milk shakes.

There was TRASH literally everywhere when we walked in! All over the floors in the lobby. Dirty panties and trash on the bathroom floor. When I went to counter to place my order the girls were rude as hell and straight up stood at that register and Ignored me, I had to just start speaking so she would even pay me attention. We waited 30 mins for 2 chicken strips French fries and a small chocolate milkshake. When they gave me my order I told them I was missing a chocolate shake and two girls walked over to the ice cream section and was clearly speaking very rude and talking about how I had an attitude! Thought I couldnt hear them! I don’t know who owns this establishment but it needs to be shut down or fire everyone working this evening and start fresh! It’s just unacceptable! To have such rude employees not only did they act that way towards me but i witnessed them acting that way only to the white people in the line. I don’t know how that place is still open! It’s disgusting inside and I tried my best talking my son out of getting stuff there but we have been on the road for 4 hours now and was hungry. We love Jacks but I will never go back to this one. Poor excuse for the facility and workers there!! If you can’t be professional then you have no business working with customers. If you can’t be properly groomed and clean then you have no business working handling food!

I like their food for the most park. I really can’t comment on the atmosphere as we always get take out. What you must be aware of is getting shorted on your order. As recently happened I ordered their fried chicken family pack but was shorted a couple of pieces. Normally this would not be an issue but that day we were feeding several so we needed those extra pieces. I subbed something else so it worked out. This was not the only time this happened on a large order but I’ll have to check everything before I head home next time.

This place has became the worst place ever. They can’t ever get your orders correct. The employees are too busy playing around to make sure to get your order complete. When you call to complain about them not giving you everything you paid for they say it is due to” technical difficulties” I honestly don’t see how that affects them not putting all the food in your bag that was paid for. The food is cold by the time you get home with it ( I live 5 minutes away). If you want cold food, rude service or pay for food that you don’t get, this is the place to go!!! The manager was cussing half the staff, and then threw my biscuits in the bag without my hashbrowns. I didn’t even get it then I ordered for lunch a while back and got two separate meals. She threw it in with the chicken strips and fries and didn’t even give me another fry and told me that that was my order. I have pictures and videos of both incidents.

Food was ok. Employees that handle your food coming around the counter to meet friends to do a deal at the bathrooms, then going back to fix food without Managers kids running around the restaurant acting like they've never had any raising..I'll try somewhere else next time.
