Jack's is a great place to eat. And even though you can tell they are enduring some staff shortages and some challenges. They still are trying hard to keep customers satisfied.

When u place an order for ur food u expect to get that. We ordered 2 big jack combos with cheese n no mustard ($18). So we get no cheese n mustard on our hamburgers! Too tired to go back. Yes this was take out.
Then this a.m. the power was out in Ranburne area. My son gets 2 coffee's (3.50) n brings home. It tasted old n burnt n we threw it out. Luckily our power came on just before my son came home.

Where has this restaurant been my whole life? Service is always quick and friendly. Food is hot and fresh. The chicken tenders are flavorful and are what Cane's and Zaxby's wish they served. The burgers are juicy with just the right amount of toppings. And I am a crinkle cut girly and these are a hit every time. The dipping sauces just send my meal over the top.
