I have to say i like this wendys location but tonight. I orderwd thru my phone amd walked to the store yet the doors were locked at 9pm. When it states they close at 10. Wondering how im gonna get my food. I knocked and jiggled the door. One girl who worked there seemed to be irritated i came to the door 1 hour before is was supposed to be locked. She let me in but with a bit of attitude. Idk who she is or if shes a shift lead bit she had a bad attitude when i waited for my food. She pretty much sat my drinks down hard on the counter and gave me a snarky response whem i asked of everything was in one bag... i went there at 9pm on 5/16/25.

This place used to be alright, now it’s always back up. They give you the wrong food, both drink machines (behind the counter and the one for customers) seem to always be torn up. To me it feels like they want to do such a bad job no one wants to come here. You could drive to the new Carrollton one and get your food before you’d get it here. I’m done with it.

They constantly mess up orders or forget things. They do not give you a receipt. I’m consistently disappointed when going here. I’d rather have to wait and then take their time to get the order RIGHT, then to have the wrong things given to me.

Always messing my order up. After today I won’t be back. I ordered an apple pecan salad, waited a long time just to be given (very rudely) “seasoned croutons & Parmesan crisp” and Caesar dressing, instead of the pecans and normal dressing. Who eats Caesar dressing on an apple salad?

Yeah I just went through drive-thru ordered a drink they had no dark sodas got a pineapple ordered a baked potato with cheese he said he would check to see if they have potatoes got a double cheeseburger anyway got home had french fries with a little squirt of cheese on it,the double cheeseburger had no lettuce on it and I live 18 miles away was very unpleased

For the last two days I have gone up there for breakfast and nothing was ever right. You buy two biscuits you don’t get but one and the other one don’t have what you wanted on it.
Service was decent friendly but I will never get Fries from this location again they tastes awful coming out the driveway window my husband is not confrontational so we left even my dogs at home wouldn't touch those fries

Lady that runs the breakfast drive thru has a nasty attitude. Every time I stop by it’s the same attitude, never a good day. I ask for one extra packet of bbq sauce and she acts like they dock her pay for it. Pathetic.
