Went through the drive thru and placed order. Got to window the girl at window was rude and when I asked for ketchup the other girl basically threw it out the window in my hand. She had about twenty packs in her hand and I ended up with about six packs in my hand. We ordered honey mustard for my wife's chicken nuggets and didn't receive any, no napkins. I'll never eat at this dump again. Train your employees to do the job with a smile, not attitude or fire the ones you have and get some new employees that wants to do a good job.

This is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. If you’re in a hurry and think this fast food restaurant will be quick. . . Rethink your decision and go to Jacks down the road. I shouldn’t have to sit in a drive through line for 10 minutes for FAST FOOD!!!

My fries tasted like they work cooked in oil to low of a temp then left to long, the sandwich was bland. Maybe I have out grown Wendy's

I’ve had a few bad experiences lately but this one I couldn’t let slide , I sat in line at Wendy’s for over 15 minutes in line wondering why the line was moving so slowly, we just assumed they was short handed… placed our order and got our food and left to get home and our burgers was smash like someone just smashed them for the fun of it! I’m so disgusted with this place ! Side note when we got to the window there was like 6 people just standing around lol if they would actually work the drive through line would probably move a little faster. Also if all the workers would put a little pride in their work and assemble the sandwich’s a little better would be nice to ! Probably won’t be going back to this location

Absolutely ridiculous, we spent 20.55 , the sandwich was put together in such a hurry that the chicken was not even in the bun. My fries were cold, soggy and old. The fry container had half fries, 1 burnt chicken nugget, I will never eat at this place again

Messed up entire order wrong size fries in bottom of bags will not answer phone worst service and don't give a shit weather they get it right or wrong
I have to say i like this wendys location but tonight. I orderwd thru my phone amd walked to the store yet the doors were locked at 9pm. When it states they close at 10. Wondering how im gonna get my food. I knocked and jiggled the door. One girl who worked there seemed to be irritated i came to the door 1 hour before is was supposed to be locked. She let me in but with a bit of attitude. Idk who she is or if shes a shift lead bit she had a bad attitude when i waited for my food. She pretty much sat my drinks down hard on the counter and gave me a snarky response whem i asked of everything was in one bag... i went there at 9pm on 5/16/25.

This place used to be alright, now it’s always back up. They give you the wrong food, both drink machines (behind the counter and the one for customers) seem to always be torn up. To me it feels like they want to do such a bad job no one wants to come here. You could drive to the new Carrollton one and get your food before you’d get it here. I’m done with it.

They constantly mess up orders or forget things. They do not give you a receipt. I’m consistently disappointed when going here. I’d rather have to wait and then take their time to get the order RIGHT, then to have the wrong things given to me.
