Have to drop my rating. I can understand waiting in a drive thru, it happens. But to wait 10 minutes just to get white cold fries and burgers like hockey pucks is unacceptable. At least the cold nuggets were

Every single time I go here the drive thru is so slow!!! They always mess up our order, j go in and they are walking and making the food like turtles. I’ve worked in fast food and know how it is, you do not do things slowly it should be a fast paced environment. The drive thru you sit there for 5 minutes before someone even comes over the intercom. I honestly didn’t even know if they had got the buzz that I had pulled up. Ridiculous!!

Whole building is dirty. Ordered a burger and a cheese chicken sandwich, chicken had several long hairs across and my burger had entire clump of hair mushed into it. Disgusting don't eat here.

The food was ok, like usual. We decided to dine in because we didn't want to wait until we got home. The employees were just kinda there you know,just didn't seem too happy to be there, not happy to see customers or gain business. I noted the inside was deserted when we entered, only the drive thru was going at the time.Then we saw the tables...looked as though a riot had taken place and never been cleaned up! Maybe a stadium after a football game, I just never seen anything that bad at a fastfood place such. We then proceeded to go to the only halfway clean table and wipe it down ourselves before sitting and eating. What happened here? I don't think we'll be back to dine in, not real excited about the thought of eating food from there either.

Wish I could give negative stars. As expensive as eating out is these days you'd think they would at least cook the food. Bacon was Raw.. literally RAW! Beef patties were old and cold. Awful! Called the Manger and she said she will refund my money.

It was pretty good. I have no complaints. The restaurant was cleas and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and in a good location. I recommend it.

Wendy's is pretty great you can get not only burgers but salads,baked potatoes, chili and much more. One of my secrets that I love is to dip their burgers in the Wendy's BBQ sauce its delicious.

i hate to hate on places especially in bowdon but this wendy’s has gone DOWNHILL. it’s not the drive through workers it’s the cooks. i can’t even count how many times my food looks like tastes like and feels like they made it that morning then gave it to me at supper. me and my boyfriend got bacon fries and the fries were not edible. they were hard and looked like a car floor french fry that’s been there for months. hard, cold, and like a soggy chip and there was legit like a small spoon full of bacon enough for one bite. it was cold and the cheese was not even melted. GROSS. and i got a burger from here yesterday: cold. bread stale. burger sorta hard. i took one bite and i’m not one to not eat food believe me but i could not finish it. i actually gagged. please fix this mess wendy’s. it’s good sometimes but a majority of the time it’s a waste of money and time.
