Drive-thru young man was super nice & patient. Food was on point, as ordered! That's impressive these days. Overall good experience. Unsure of atmosphere bc we chose drive-thru.

My Husband ♥️ and I pulled in to order food and was rushed with an attitude at the ordering window, extremely unprofessional and the french fries could’ve been fresh. The part that sucks is when you tell somebody that they should be more kind because you never know what people are going through you have to worry about if you have a loogie in your food or not

I walked in and almost thought the place was closed—it was that quiet inside. I haven’t been to an Arby’s in a while and wanted to see if it was still good, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment.

I ordered the steak bites bowl, and that came out cold. The meat was overcooked and chewy, almost like jerky, and the mac and cheese didn’t complement it at all.

After getting one bowl meal, a kids’ meal, a medium fry, and a 3-piece tender, the total came to $30—not exactly budget-friendly. The only decent part of the meal was the fries, but even those were cold.

Overall, the food was overpriced, overhyped, and underwhelming. I won’t be coming back.

Sorry wait staff. Tea spoilt they refused to make new tea and I just spent almost 40.00 and donated to their charity. All I wanted was fresh tea but I was met with attitude. 5 out of they 9 tables they offer were covered in crumbs and food all over the floor under the table.

Order taker at window didn't care about what was ordered. Not just rude but dishonest. I like the variety here but not willing to not get what I ordered and be treated like that. Too many places to eat nearby. Goodbye Arby's

20 minutes to go through the drive-through today gave the woman my order three times. Got to the window. The order was wrong. Supposedly she fixed it I get home. I don’t have the right order. She practically threw condiments through the window to me so I called back and the manager, who is the rudest manager that I’ve ever spoken with in my life would not let me complete. A sentence would not let me talk kept talking over me saying something to the effect of a weird shorthanded and we’re doing the best we can do. If you’re doing the best you can do And that’s that bad. You just need to shut down the drive-through so that you can handle walk-in tried to get my money back and the woman literally had the nerve to tell me while I’m busy right now and you’ll need to call back. I will call the bank and remove the charge for my credit card, but whoever runs this franchise needs to know that they have a terrible terrible help.

The lady working in the window is difficult to understand short in her responses, arrogant in her reaction and completely dissolved of any customer concern. Talk about abysmal.
