Went to this Baskin Robbin’s location for some ice cream. It was early evening and I was the only customer inside. I ordered one scoop of their icing on the cake flavor. The person behind the counter was kind and gave me a big scoop! I ended up spending less than $4.00 for my ice cream. The ice cream was good though after a while, it became very heavy and I couldn’t finish it. Despite this, I still felt good visiting Baskin-Robbins and trying a new flavor.

I pulled in to get a milk shake and after about 15 minutes a snotty brat came to the drive thur window and asked me if I wanted a different flavor because its frozen. I had to laugh and tell her it is supposed to be. She walked away and shouted he doesn't want a different flavor. Then after about 10 more minutes she came back and said it won't blend. I asked them for a refund. I won't go back, I use to come in at least twice a week.

Keep giving them second chances, but it’s worthless. Often experiences…floor so dirty that your shoes stuck to it…out of ice cream!…burnt croissant…dirty tables…unfriendly attitude. I’m always making the best of bad situations, but this is crazy!

Really nice cashier lady both times at the drive through. SUPER patient, helpful, kind. Great ice cream. Don't come too late like after 9pm. They sometimes run out of waffle cones and many ice cream. Will come many more times here, but earlier in the day.

Horrible experience. Went there forty minutes before close just for them to almost be completely cleaned up. First we ordered a vanilla waffle cone with sprinkles but got told they didn’t have waffle cones when we got the cone it had no sprinkles, then ordered a hot fudge sunday and the girl told us the fudge wasn’t hot but room temperature at best, we then tried to order a banana spilt that was clearly on the menu and the girl told us they didn’t have them on the menu, so we tried to order a cookies and cream shake just to be told they don’t have cookies and cream and they can’t make shakes, so we tried to order a scoop of chocolate to be told they don’t have chocolate icecream. I mean what icecream place doesn’t have chocolate icecream. Then getting our vanilla icecream they didn’t even taste like vanilla. The server was rude and short.

Do not come to this location.We never come to Baskin Robin's as it's usually not in our area and out of the way for us, but decided to try since they had promotion 31% off on the 31.The girl was fine until i asked for this promotion discount. Her face changed like i had asked her personally for some money. She said yeah- and did the senior discount, which i doubt is 31%.We ate our icecream and left. I don't know if the girl was annoyed with her job or with us, but won't be coming back to this location
My big problem with this store is EVERYTIME I have come here (and there have been many) they are out of chocolate. CHOCOLATE. One if not the most popular flavor. I have let them know everything that they should order extra if they are continually running out and yet here again (but never again) and NO CHOCOLATE

Let me preface this by saying- I have worked in the service industry for 20+ years. I am all about giving positive reviews. I can’t stand people who only complain but….This place is the WORST!!! My husband and I have been here at least 5 times- they have never one ever gotten our order right. Tonight we went in for ice cream- stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, while 2 employees did absolutely nothing. Then another employee came out from the back - looked right at us and kept walking. There were no other customers no one in the drive through…nothing! Seriously? Just wanted a scoop of ice cream. We will definitely Never spend a dime in this store again.

I'd love to give this place more than 2 stars but I cant rightfully do so. The ice-cream itself is the only thing that gives it 2 stars. As far as friendliness I would give negative stars as the people were not friendly at all and radio was so loud you could hardly hear the lady speaking face to face and she wouldn't speak up any what so ever. We won't be returning.
