I waited 20 minutes for a biscuit and Bo rounds. That’s crazy and no one else in line

I’m not exaggerating when I tell you it takes 45 minutes to get from the speaker to the window. It is painfully slow. The workers are HORRIBLE. They are truthfully the worst fast food workers I have come across. Expectations are very low at a fast food restaurant, and they were 100x worse than my expectations. They also said something about “white people saying something” when I pulled up to the window. This location needs to be closed down immediately.

does not open at 5am like store hours show
I'm giving 5 🌟 based more my on prior experiences as opposed to my last experience, where I was left empty-handed since they were closed at 8 pm and I arrived at 8:03 pm. A fast food chain closing at 8 pm was rather unexpected.
Though it might sound counterintuitive to the notion of "SELL, SELL, SELL," I can see why fewer operating could translate as a win for a corporation, however.
Perk #1: Fewer labor costs. Labor expenses are among the largest if not the largest expenses a restaurant has.
Perk #2: While diminished operation hours will ultimately affect sales, it's worth noting that the principle of supply and demand are also at work, which means that prices will continue to rise under the justification of "scarcity".
Just my thoughts, but what do I know? I'm just some rambling asshole.
Great food and fast service.

We were traveling with our pets. We ate our steak biscuits and fed our pets in their parking lot. We are from North Carolina and had been in Arkansas when Helene hit. We had to take a circuitous route home. The staff at Bojangles were very nice and accommodating about setting in the parking lot.

There is a sign in the window saying open late till 10pm. Went through the drivethrough at 9:10pm and was told by an automated message that it was closed.

Automated person in drove thru now, not able to ask menu questions.
Didn't have lettuce for my sandwich I ordered.
Didn't inform me before paying that sauces would be extra.
Didn't receive receipt from order.
EDIT: opened my club sandwich to find no mayo or tomato. When they told me they were only out of lettuce.

Waited in drive thru for 45 mins. Chose Bojangles because the line was short and Dunkin was wrapped around the building twice. We should have went to Dunkin.
Got to the window and they had ZERO concern about the wait time nor apologized. Finally got our food and was missing a biscuit. Looked in the bottom of the bag and one of the biscuits was completely apart and unwrapped in the bottom. The bacon was charred so bad it was black. Everything was so greasy and smelled awful, like really old, burned grease. Probably the worst drive thru we’ve been thru. Won’t make that mistake again.
It was not even edible. The eggs were unfathomably oily.
