Stopped in on trip from Texas headed to North Carolina. As soon as I stepped in I was Greeted by the workers. Customer Service was beyond Great. I ate in and they all made sure I was or needed anything during my done in. It was also a very clean Bojangles. I work in the Food Industry myself so I am always observing the place where I am eating. All around I was IMPRESSED!!!! Will most dwf visit again!!!!

Bojangles corporate should shut this location down. I've hit the drive-thru here 3 times in the last month and they don't know what they are doing. Bad service, every time, takes forever every time, and get home to find nearly unedible chicken every time. Whoever is cooking the chicken has no clue how to bread it. At first, I just thought it's someone new that needs more training. Now I know that they don't know how to prepare the chicken. The meat is cooked, but the breading is thick, soggy, clumpy every time so the skin doesnt crisp and is just stretchy, slimy under the batter UGH!!!. Biscuits are good, sides are good, but Jesus Christ, yall need to train someone the right way on the chicken. I'm certain I won't get a refund, so will never return to this location again.

Love bojangles they have the best breakfast but there drive thru could be a little faster. They have come a long way since the pandemic when they could not get enough workers.Parking: Handicap parking available also with ramps for wheel chair accessibility.
We stopped in on our way to NC. Gregory was one of the nicest and funniest people my husband and I have ever come across at a restaurant. He was super friendly and the services he provided us were excellent!

What a spot, I mean great energy from the moment I stepped to the counter. Seriously great food, highly recommend the steak egg and cheese biscuit. Bo-berry biscuit is a great pick as well, the Cajun chicken biscuit, 3 piece combo. Service was efficient and quick.Parking: A good choice of parking spots to choose from any time of day.Wheelchair accessibility: There is on both side entrances a wheelchair accessibility ramp way.
