It was nice get away. Scenery was fantastic, the winery and wine were also good. All the staff were polite and helpful but it was clear that they were understaffed. We waited for almost 45 minutes to check in while the sole receptionist scrambled to get other guests checked in and what seemed like he was also cleaning rooms and fixing other issues. The food was good but not worth the price specially at the steak house. Overall it was a good experience. Overpriced but good. We stayed at the spa villas. Which was nice but not worth the money given that you can stay at the Main Hotel and get all your spa treatments.

Great European food. Such amazing views and state of the art decorations and stunning ambiance. The service was top notch. The hotel greets you with warm greetings and beautiful complimentary champagne.

This establishment needs to be shut down for revamping of customer service. after speaking to 4 different employees, nobody has a clue on what services/packages they have to offer, just making stuff up as they go. this was super frustrating continuously being transferred from one person to the next. the reservations team needs training and expertise in all areas of the establishment if they are going to be booking for all areas of the establishment. I've decided to cancel my trip because of this.

This place is so pretty. We got a cabana and it was so nice and private. We ordered the charcuterie board and it was so good and hearty. We also got a basket with snacks and a bottle of wine. When our cabana time was done, we went into the wine tasting room to do a tasting. We had an amazing time. Would definitely come back and would love to spend the night next time. The hotel looked lovely. Staff was super friendly.

Wish I had read reviews... awful experience at the spa! Left more stressed out than when I arrived. We scheduled massages to celebrate my dear friend's bday and planned to spend the day relaxing on the grounds and using the spa amenities. Our visit was FAR from relaxing. We arrived just before 10a on a Friday and the spa was PACKED. There was a large group of women (about 14) there who were EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious. They took over the jacuzzi and could be heard talking and cackling from the quiet room, the waiting room, the locker, the elevator... what happened to spa voices and etiquette? The locker room had a leak so there was a trash can collecting rain water... there aren't locks on the changing rooms so a woman awkwardly walked in on another woman who was slipping into her robe... it was... awkward lol We weren't offered mimosas or champagne at check in - had to ask Weren't offered a tour (perhaps bc we arrived so close to our appt time) My prenatal massage felt like an oil rub rather than a massage (I left more sore than when I arrived and am sore as I type this) My friend enjoyed her deep tissue massage Food was very basic. The loud group descended upon the restaurant and it was unbearably loud. I couldn't hear my own thoughts and developed a massive headache from the overstimulation and incessant cacophony. Why wouldn't such a large party be put in a private area? Why were they allowed to be so loud and disruptive? They completely ruined our experience! I also got sick from the food (steak sandwhich) and my friend said the grits weren't seasoned The staff did try their best to accommodate us and asked the loud rowdy party multiple times to use their inside voices to not much success. We cut our day very short and left bc it just wasn't the luxurious, peaceful vibe we thought we booked. So disappointing... Parking is free There are various teas and spa water with nuts and dehydrated fruits available Gift shop has lots of cute items and lululemon options Outdoor area is very pretty with tons of seating options (they were wet bc it rained the day prior) Indoor pool Loads of class offerings Doubt we will return. There are better spas locally in alt area. Prob should've just done a staycation at St Regis for the same price!

Chateau Elan has such to offer from golf, winery, restaurants, hotel, spa and event space. Parking is free and you can walk around most areas, however many of the services have a huge mark up. You come to CE for luxury and will pay the price. Recommendation: lounge on the hammocks in the grape vineyard or play mega chess in front of the chateau. You can also rent bungalows for $300-600 a day. Coffee shop: pastries are fun and the coffe is strong. Catering: their little burger pack a punch of flavor and their empanadas are good.

We experienced the Chateau Elan Tour and Tasting. Our tour guide was Ms. Julia. She is the BEST!! Ms. Julia was very knowledgeable about the wine process and entertaining. She made it an interactive experience filled with lots of laughter. The tour and tasting lasted for one hour with five wines to taste. Everyone should experience this tour and tasting...and, make sure to request Ms. Julia.

Must not need repeat customers to stay in business. Bad experience and never responded to several emails to discuss the issues. Never go back.

The staff at the Tasting Room was nothing short of spectacular. This is a must experience taking the day, the people, and most of all the wine!! Dolce D’asti is a must that you taste

There is a horrible smell in the tasting room that ruined the experience for me. It's something with the sewage or draining system. Still, the customer service was good and we enjoyed the wine. Skip the tasting (overpriced) and ask the bar tender to pour you 1 or 2 samples based on your preferences before buying a bottle.

My recent experience at the Chateau Elan Spa was nothing short of exceptional! Ambiance: The spa exudes luxury and tranquility from the moment you step through the door. The serene atmosphere, combined with the elegant decor, immediately sets the stage for a day of relaxation and indulgence. Services: I treated myself to a spa day package that included a variety of treatments, from a soothing massage to a rejuvenating facial. The skilled therapists paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring a truly pampering experience. Facilities: The spa facilities are top-notch, featuring well-maintained treatment rooms, a peaceful relaxation area, and inviting amenities like saunas and whirlpools. Each space is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Lunch: One of the highlights of my day was the delightful lunch included in the package. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable menu with a variety of healthy and delicious options. The presentation was as impressive as the taste, and it added an extra layer of luxury to my spa experience. Service: The staff at Chateau Elan Day Spa went above and beyond to ensure my day was perfect. From the friendly receptionists to the skilled therapists and attentive waitstaff, everyone contributed to a seamless and enjoyable visit. Overall: This spa experience was a true five-star treat. Chateau Elan Day Spa has mastered the art of providing a luxurious, relaxing, and rejuvenating day. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning my next visit. If you're looking for a day of pampering and indulgence, this is the place to be!

Customer service is a verb, it is what you do, not just what you say. My wife and I visited the spa on 9/4/2023, our experience cost more this time (holiday rate); however, our time was less enjoyable as our previous visit. If you are going to charge extra for spa services on a holiday, then you should ensure a valued experience by your guest. Sometimes there were three people at the spa desk and other times only one. There was no toilet paper in the men's locker room all day and around 5 pm a guest asked someone at the desk for some. My wife's robe had a bad stain she did not notice before putting it on, so we asked for a replacement at the desk. My wife told me there was no toilet paper in the lady's locker room and at 5 pm the towel bin was overflowing. No bags for wet clothes, no towels other than the one in the locker. Towels were not replenished in the hot tub area, I had to go to the desk to request one for me and my wife. It would help if you installed more hooks to hang bath robes. The ceiling in the hot tub area really needs attention. Hooks in the rest rooms for hanging up your robe would also help. Our pedicures were flawless, we highly recommend them to others. Our lunch was excellent and our server went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. The menu said a service charge would be automatically applied for groups of five or more; however, we were a group of two and were hit with the 20% service charge. I would have tipped more if it had been left up to me, but you set the amount, so I paid it. I filled out a survey and the management said come back and give us another chance. They offered us nothing to encourage us to tavel 50 miles each way to come back. We are looking at other spa options.

I'll start out first by saying that the property is amazing. When I pulled up, the views took my breath away. But that's where the wow ended. I was here on a work event... Attending classes all evening....At the end, my coworker and I decided we were hungry... Around 830... We showed up at the hotel bar. The bartender immediately informed us that the bar closed in 30 minutes. We asked the bartender what we could order that would be very quick and very easy for the staff, and she handed us a menu open to their appetizers. Never did she inform us that there were other restaurants that are open past 9 PM on property that serve food until 11 PM... We would immediately gone there. Instead, our evening was filled with attitude. This isn't where it ends! We were told by our amazing shuttle driver that there were wine tours every day at noon. We showed up to the winery at 12:10... No one greeted us. There were four people behind the register playing with their phones. We walked around looking for where we were supposed to go to get to the wine tour... There were no signs. We finally went back up to the register to ask them about the wine tour. They told us that they waited for people to show up at noon and no one showed up so there was no tour. This is at 12:13 PM. I'm so glad to hear that this property is flourishing so must that it doesn't need to provide customer service. I've went from wanting to bring my partner to this place to share an amazing adventure weekend with him... To never caring if I ever return here again. How sad is that? Disappointed

This review is for the winery alone. We went there after having a horrible experience at Cloudland winery (do yourself a favor & skip it). First, it's beautiful. Every single employee from beginning to end was welcoming and friendly. We all bought the 7 glass tasting each. The wines were all so good too. We ended up buying 18 bottles (over 12 it's 20% off each bottle). Truly enjoyable experience!! We will be back very soon. Thank you to all the wonderful employees for such a great time!
