Beautiful resort and facilities. The property is gorgeous and all of the grounds and buildings are designed very nicely. The pool and hot tub are great and centrally located. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars on the property - we loved Marc’s. The spa is very relaxing snd has a nice view of a small lake in the back. The vineyard is massive and the wine tasting is a great deal. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the rooms - they are spacious but could be more modern...
Me and my good friend Recently visitedthe winery for tasting I want to give a special shout out to Dahlia and Liliana for superb customer service They were extremely knowledgeable about the wind and helped us to have an altogether amazing experience. We will definitely be back .
Chateau Elan was booked when I arrived for my reserved massage and Day-stay to celebrate my birthday. However front desk, night manager Stacey took immediate action. He promptly stored my bags, put me on a shuttle to the spa and put me in a beautiful room for the night! 10 Star Service! Thank you!
