This is by far the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-through in Georgia. I don’t know why it’s so close to Atlanta. I don’t know why no one is checking it. However, it is very consistent at being slow. It never is fast. It’s 10:46 in the morning, there’s hardly anyone here and there’s already a line. Because it’s so slow.

Terrible experience at this location today. Customer service is very lacking. Instead of telling me that they couldn't do something that every other chickfila does (kids meal with chicken sandwich with an upcharge) they upcharged me by $4 (rang up everything individually) and acted as if she (Magna something) was doing the kids meal. I tried to speak to Conner (thr manager?) about this and explained that they could have just said hey we can't do that with a kids meal and all would have been well. I even explained that the only reason why we get the kids meal is because my son wants the toy. Conner agreed that I should have been told but then just stood there like a deer in headlights. I mean they could have grabbed my son a toy since I paid almost $12 for his meal that shouldn't have been more than $7. Won't be back to this location.

had to return to this location to fix a hiccup with my order, I spoke with Nathan and he was an absolute gentleman that fixed the problem. Excellent guy, excellent staff, excellent service. thank you so much for making sure I was taken care of!
Location is no where near the interstate exit despite being on the "food" sign on the interstate. They need to take it off that sign especially considering there's nothing but construction and round a bouts. I know never to get off here again.

Went to the counter to ask for a refill and they wanted to flirt with each other and ignore the fact that I was standing there. Y’all might want to work in your customer service!!

Steadily going downhill. Ordered 30 nugget meal with fries, an extra side of mac and cheese(bc the past few times we've had theor fries they are soggy) & a banana milkshake. $35 and we only received 23 grilled nuggets, 6 French fries, and grainy mac&cheese. The window attendant said the short delay we experienced was due to the icecream machine not working correctly. The shake was chunky and we ended up eating it with a spoon at home. I hope this is not the future of Chick-fil-a.
