No matter how I ask for my salad ,its never right. If they premake the salads, then say so and I'll take whatever is on it. But I can order the same salad at Dawsonville or Cumming chickfilet amd they get it right. But Braselton just cant ever get it correct. I order it weekly and usually wait until I get to a different chickfilet. I do live me some chikcfilet- I just want to know how to get an order made right.

This Chick fil A is outstanding. Everyone here is super nice and welcoming which makes the experience even better. The service and food are consistently great and honestly better than other Chick fil A locations I have visited. It is always a pleasure stopping by this one.

Do not get curbside here. They do not care about the curbside orders. I waited 20 minutes and had to go inside and get my order. Ridiculous. This isn’t the first time either.

Probably the nicest chicken fil a that I've been to. The food was hot! They have a really cool play place, nice patio tables with umbrellas, clean restrooms, soft mints for after dinner & even complimentary single serve mouth wash in the ladies room. ❤️

I frequent this location often. As we have weekly book club at Chateau. But I am going to have to find somewhere else we can all go. It’s extremely unsettling the way I have heard Monica talk to the other employees. After asking to speak to a manager as I had to express to them this employee is talking to other so rudely… I was informed she was management. Having a brother in law who owns the chic-fil-a in Covington I am fully aware the process they go through to work there. I am just wondering what slipped through the cracks with her. As she was sitting there leaned against the counter on snap chat, she completely ignored the couple that walked in. I just know at the businesses I own I would want to know this ASAP so she doesn’t run off the friendly staff that was there. You really should ask the staff about her, if she treats them like this when people are dining in…there’s no telling what they go through behind the scenes.
