SO SLOW in the drive thru. Just waited in line for breakfast for 15 minutes and there were only 6 cars in front of me. It’s slow like this every time I come through, no matter the time of day.

Stopped in to get my son breakfast after my doctors appointment and, saw they had a new Cherry Berry line. Was so impressed with the lemonade and the lemonade frost, I went back to order the Sunjoy and the iced tea. The shift lead stopped by our table and, was very pleasant and welcoming. Don't think I've ever had a bad experience here!!
Pregnant wife wanted a biscuit, drove to nearest Chick fil a got there 10:28 am but cars were in front of me. Got to attendant right at 10:30 am and was told no more biscuits. Explained situation and nobody would help me said there was not a single biscuit left. There is no way Chick fil a makes exactly the right amount of biscuits for everyone up to 10:29 am but to cut everyone off at 10:30 am.

Jacob is the manager at the Chick-fil-A near Chateau Elan in Braselton, GA. I ordered a meal and ice cream so I asked for fresh hot fries to dip in my ice cream as it's one of my favorite snacks. The fries I was given were not hot at all so I asked an associate about it and he suggested that he would get the manager named Jacob. Jacob told me that Chick-fil-A does not give customers fresh, hot food. They give you the next food thats been sitting there on the lineand you have to take that. I gave him back the food that had paid for. He refused to replace although I had not eaten anything , he simply threw my entire meal in the trash and I was left without any food although I paid near $10. For him to say that Chick-fil-A does not serve fresh hot food is definitely an insult to the business and he kept my money but I got no food for it. Jacob thought it was perfectly fine to walk away with a customer's food that they paid for and leaving me with nothing did not bother Jacob at all. I drove 25 Miles to the Buckhead Chick-fil-A and asked for a hot fresh food and they gave it to me without a problem. Jacob's judgment is wrong and he should not be a manager at the Chateau Elan Braselton Chick-fil-A.
We placed a catering order here on our big day. Not only was the food delivered on time, it was still hot and delicious. The order was executed perfectly. We have no complaints and will gladly do business here in the future.
