I'm a fan of Chicken Salad Chick and have visited several locations. This location is a little smaller than some I've been to but checks all the boxes for a representative of the franchise and I'm thrilled to have this near me. Outside seating exists and I often see people seated there but there is a lot of construction currently so it isn't the best atmosphere at the moment. I find the line and waits pretty consistent with other CSChick locations (there is usually a little wait). Staff seems pretty reliable about keeping tables cleaned. They were very helpful when I came in and made a large order for a birthday party at the last minute! I'm happy to come back anytime.

Delivery. Uber eats was great. My large tub of Fancy Nancy had only 3 grapes and if there are pecans, I don’t see them. I would also like to know why management only replies to positive reviews. I’ll stick with Publix from now on.

Wife and I ordered food. Three tables occupied at the time. Not busy. Waited twenty + minutes while 4 other couples came, ordered, got food and left. Was sitting in front of register at booth and nobody checked on us or asked. Finally I asked the person I ordered from and he looked incredulous. Asked what my name was and they couldn't find the order. Finally came back and said they didnt have that salad and i needed to order something different. No apology just looked irritated. I ordered something else and asked to speak with manager. She came out and I politely explained the issue expecting a smile and apology. Got neither. Instead her only words were “yeah we got a lot going on right now.” No apology or attempt to address the horrible experience whatsoever. So whatever they had going on was more important than addressing the very customers that keep them in business. I gave her another chance to at least try some semblance of an apology but none. I seldom do this but I recommend avoiding this place altogether. Not interested in their customers whatsoever. Manager has zero training on customer service or management of a restaurant.

The food was delicious. It gets very busy tho and you can be standing in line for a while. The tables get full as well. Parking can be very hard as well.

Please don't ever order Uber eats and have a mix up with your order call and get Craig. Hang up and cut your loss. He is horrible representative of this company. A side of pimento cheese was left off my order and he went on to be so utterly rude about no additional charge on my end but $2.19 on his end. Holy cow! I was flooded. And oh he is the general manager so there's that! Yeah. Run!!!

Food was so good. They had ran out of the new Maui mamma chicken salad. The manager said he could make somemore. It was so good. Service was spot on. Will return.

This place is fantastic. Super friendly staff and good food. The parking lot is definitely a little tight, but it's not hard to walk 30 seconds.

Friendly staff. Fairly quick service. Good food. Rude customer tho, I got stared down by a handful of folks. The parking lot is atrocious. Good luck and God speed to you out there! Stay off your phone in the parking lot, you should be paying attention. It's an extremely busy parking lot.

Love that they have outdoor seating! Just wish they’d bring back the dill-icious diva! Besides that, great service and food everytime
