They had a bogo deal for the eve before Thanksgiving. Tried to order pick up and it wouldn't let me. Drove 15 minutes there and asked and they said it's in person only. The special didn't mention that stood there 10-15 minutes and the line barely moved. Guaranteed i would have been there 45 minutes more to order

This is hands down the cleanest, nicest Chipotle I have ever been in. No toppings mixed in with the other toppings, everything was fresh and tidy. I will be back to this location over any other. The difference is awesome.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been and/or eaten at. I’ve ordered food there 4x and did not have any meat in my tacos. As seen in the photos - I ordered 3 tacos that can’t even recognized as anything. Whoever is the owner of this establishment should probably get a new career. They are killing a great brand.

Go in the morning or afternoon, it's a new location and seems decent. I don't know what it is but the night shift really seems to hate their job every time I go in and always rushes me through an empty line.

I must have caught them on a bad night. Placed a pick up order when I arrived the order was missing from the shelf I spoke to one of the employees who had a terrible attitude. She said to not piss her off while checking the shelf for my order was not there. She did not apologize or let me know she was remaking the order. She did remake it an set it on the shelf. I continued sitting there until I asked was she remaking and she said it should be over there. She indeed did remake it but it was incorrect and sloppy. Food was not fresh. Chips were salty and stale. Chicken was old, hard and charred.

Order three meals through UberEats and ONE was correct!!! What kind of restaurant allows 33% of their products to be WRONG! These were simple orders. Chicken taco with lettuce cheese and pico… what I got. Cold soft tortillas with chicken and nothing else. My daughter’s builds taco came in a bowl without any tortillas! We pay a premium to have this delivered and you gave us complete junk!
Terrible!!! As a new restaurant you’d think they’d have friendly staff, great food, etc. but nope. I walked in today about 5 mins early for my order and the young African American woman was chewing and popping her gum and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. No hi, hello, be right with you, nothing. Then the tall Caucasian man came over and I heard him say “I know she’s early, but…” I mean FIVE minutes early and you’re really that upset about it? It’s obvious what the issue was & that makes me even madder. Another lady came in after me and her order was not ready and it was 15 mins past her time for pick up. Ridiculous. Will never visit this location again.
