The last time Cesar was our waiter and we appreciated his courteous, yet warm manner. Very professional and personable young man who had a good knowledge of the dishes served. We went especially for their marinated Waygo beef because last time it was over the top. This time, although we ordered them medium-well cooked, we received the meat well done and it didn't look like Waygo but more as a regular steak!! The manager accepted to replace the meat and served a much better dish which tasted completely differently! When discussing about the issue with the manager, he admitted that it was Australian Waygo and not Japanese Waygo which they served last time we were there! For the rest everything was fine. They should definitely focus on Japanese Waygo only!!

This particular meal was excellent and our server, Gabrielle, was the best. She made great recommendations on beverage and specials and was most attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding, of course, and we tried some new sides not on previous menus. They do keep their selection choices updated. All in all a great experience.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our 25th anniversary at Cotton Calf. From the time we arrived until we left, we were on cloud 9. Our table was in front the kitchen and was so fun to see all of the food being prepared and served. The food was perfect! We had the calamari and a wedge salad as appetizers. My husband had all 5 of the items from the cold bar (amazing presentation) and I ordered the 12 oz filet mignon with crab cake Oscar. We had bread pudding (the absolute best!!) and a mousse cake for dessert. A huge shout out to Shyanne our server and Nicole the manager for making us
