This was actually amazing, my entire family (19) came and ate, we got sat fairly quickly, and it may just be because I am used to the Cracker Barrel in Buford but this was amazing. First of all, it was very clean, like almost sterile. If you’ve ever been to the Cracker Barrel in Buford it’s very tense and not clean at all (I used to work there). The servers here were very attentive and constantly were refilling our drinks and bringing out our food. This was just the best experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel ever. Whatever the managers are doing here is working 💕

So disappointed in this Cracker Barrel location! Put our name on the waitlist and were seated in 20 min. Waiter took our order and then we waited and waited and waited. Some things could have been overlooked however there were just too many that added up to make for a horrible experience.
1. Had to ask waiter twice for silverware
2. Had to ask waiter for napkins
3. Watched others who came in after us get their meals while we were still waiting.
4. After 30 minutes had to ask waiter for the cornbread.
5. After 40 minutes had to ask the waiter how much longer before our meal would be out and told him that people arriving after us already had their meals. He said he would check on it..but he never came back with an update.
5. After 50 minutes had to ask waiter for the manager. Manager did not show up.
6. We waited for 55 minutes and decided to leave.
7. On the way out, we asked the hostess to get a manager and she promptly did.
8. Manager shows up and we tell him that we have now been there an hour and our food had not arrived but everyone seated after us DID receive their meals. The only thing the manager said was “well, I just got here.”
The manager was lacking in his response. He seemed to only make it clear it wasn’t his fault.
The waiter should have been checking with the kitchen and why his order wasn’t ready. He never came to us and gave us an update. Three times we had to flag him down and ask about our meal, the utensils, the napkins and the bread. We asked to speak to the manager and he said he would get him..but, no one came to our table.
On the brighter side, the young hostess was very nice, understanding and quickly tried her best to put us at ease. Thank you.

Most garbage service, not only did we wait an hour and a half for our food we didn't get it. Talked to the server and manager and there comments were yeah we don't know.

In the tradition of Cracker Barrel, this location is outstanding. My wife and I had lunch and did a little shopping in the country store. Overall a perfect experience.

Tried the hash brown shepherds pie - very good, although it was double potatoes but very good flavor with delicious chunks of beef. Peyton was our server and he was the best. Food came in a timely manner. Only down side was being seated in tiny booth that was difficult for my husband to get in and out- I should have asked for a different table but didn’t realize until after we had ordered.

Of all the chains I love me a good cracker barrel. This is my home cracker barrel so I'm going to be a little bit biased. Food is consistent with every other cracker barrel. I love the country store they have. This one I'm particular carries a lot of Harry Potter stuff.

Stopped in for a nice lunch. Wasn't busy however took 20 minutes to get meal. Service was great. Was halfway through eating when I bit into biscuit and there was a milk jug ring inside. I almost choked on it. How the heck does milk jug ring end up it the biscuits.

my food was cold.The turnip greens I sent back and they came back marginally better. I did not send back the chicken because it was somewhat warm and did not care for it anyway.
Why has Cracker Barrel changed everything? The Sunday chicken was wonderful .The dumplings are the reason I continue to go. You wonder why people are not going as often. Look at your menu.

This was a first visit to this CB as we were on the road. We visit our local store regularly. This visit was a big disappointment.
