3rd time ordering togo with meal with the gravy on the side, and they didn't include the gravy. None, ZERO. Meatloaf was like eating an old shoe, and the mashed potatoes were try and rock hard. Twice they left out the deserts. Called the store and was promised a refund, haven't see it.

Great as usual! When we travel Cracker Barrel is as reliable as it is good! I've been in a lot of these up and down the east coast and it's safe to say the rarely disappoint me. This one was great as usual. Love the food, the atmosphere, the clean bathrooms, the products in the country store. Introduced my grand daughter to Necco Wafers and she loved them. The service was a little slow but it gave us more time to talk. The waitress was kind and knowledgable of the products.

If you get Madison ask for a different server. She’s extremely rude and clearly hates her job. You’ll have to ask her multiple times for things and she will roll her eyes.

Not sure what they've done, but they need to keep doing it. Food was fantastic!! A month or so ago I wouldn't have been able to say that.

I was looking forward to dinner, then was so disappointed in my food this trip! I purchased the current featured burger with the bbq sauce, bacon, cheese, and onion rings on top. A few weeks ago it was delicious. This was a pick-up order, and looks amazing in the photo on the menu. When I got home, I saw that it was undercooked, and had only 3 thin, scrawny onion rings on top. I had to cook it in the microwave to turn the meat inside to done and hot, instead of cool and pink. It didn't even taste like the last burger I had at Cracker Barrel. At lease the fried okra was good. Won't be getting this burger again!

The waitress was nice. The interior was original. It took 20-25 minutes for two bowls of grits and an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It was late on a weekday morning and not busy. The new menu was very limited and disappointing.

The past few times we have got to go orders. They have not been correct. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get an order right. Also, the past few times that we have got dumplings that not been good either. They are too runny. Is there a different cook? Overall, not pleased.

A new seasonal dish: shepherd's pie was great. My hubby loves baked apples as a side.

If I could give this place zero stars that would be more appropriate. We placed a pickup order and it was a mess from the moment we walked in to get our food. Somehow they forgot to cook our food. We waited way too long for our order only to get home and half of the items are missing. How can you feed a family of 7 with half or less of an order. Here’s the key point: if they were preparing our order because it was overlooked/missing why was it cold? Cold chicken, cold pancakes, mashed potatoes felt like ice cream and I can keep going… I’ll add one more though: Pancakes are nasty and I’m not sure how they managed to mess up pancakes. Do not place orders or even step foot in that place. I wonder what the kitchen looks like or if they need a health inspection.

We initially had a disappointing experience, having tried to place an online order while in the QT parking lot next door. The app was slow, wouldn't accept our gift card and never fully processed, so we got aggravated with the whole situation, got on the interstate to head home. We were in a drive-thru 25mi away when I received a text saying our CB order was ready! I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The manager refunded our money, because the payment had already processed. Thank you so much 🤍🤍

The food is always predictably good and now the serve adult beverages but the service is always terrible at just about every Cracker Barrel. My family and I understand this going the the restaurant so knowing up front is a plus and we will continue visiting knowing the scenario and wait for the great food.

This was the worst Cracker Barrel we’ve ever been to. Joined the wait list at 0905 and was informed that it was a 5 minute wait for 5 people. Arrived and was informed that they just gave the last 6 table top away and that the party that would be most likely to leave next has only been there for 40 minutes. They asked if we were willing to sit at a 4 person table- which we were not. Looking at the seating, only 20% of the dining room was filled- why they couldn’t put a four table top and two table top together is crazy. We waited an additional 45 minutes later when we decided that we were tired and were just going to force fit at a 4 person table. When I went in to inform them of this, there were at least two 6 person tables that were empty and cleared, but they did not inform us. After being sat down, I saw another table that had a 4 and 2 pulled together…not sure why they couldn’t do the same for us 45 minutes earlier. Maybe it’s because we weren’t Caucasian?

Finally sat down, ordered our drinks and food. Food took another 45 minutes to arrive. Three of the entrees arrived, but then waitress informed the two others their “campfires” would take at least another 20 minutes and asked if the kids wanted to select something else off the menu? We had already been waiting almost two hours to eat so they decided to go with burgers since they were so starving. Service is so horrible that although we had already been waiting, their new orders went to the back of the cook line list. It took another 45 minutes for 2 minute burgers to come out. The three of us already had our leftovers boxed up and were ready to leave.

The food was horrible, tasteless. My stuffed strawberry pancakes came out original and needed to be fixed. They took my plate back and put a few strawberries on the side and called it a day. Bacon was not crispy and almost undercooked, mini pancakes almost burnt- just to name a few.

Overall worst food and service we’ve ever had which is a shame because we generally love going to Crackle Barrel. No apologies, no admits of mistake, no follow up by management- this was a horrible establishment.
