I am a definite fan of Culver’s and this location is a great example of how a franchise should be run. The restaurant is always clean, the staff greet you with a smile, and the food is great! I especially love the cod fish sandwhich but sometimes order the pot roast sandwhich. We never leave without ordering a concrete - chocolate custard and we add heath and Reese’s cup. It’s like a DQ Blizzard but better. I’ve also used the drive thru and they are super courteous and easy to understand. Kudos to the owners and the staff of this location. Highly recommend
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking is right near the door. The restaurant seating is accessible to those with mobility challenges. Bathroom has handicap stall and big enough for wheelchair.

Service was good. The menu selection is great. I do find the portion sizes to be small, it felt like a kids meal . I had the sourdough melt combo with cheese curds. We also had the chicken sandwich + fries. Honestly I want to complain about the combo price but when you look at other fast food places it's kinda of similar...unfortunately.

Ordered $50.34 of food. The food was cold, overcooked and two burgers were missing ($22.50). Called once we arrived at home and saw how disgusting the food looked and missing items and was told to come back and they would make the order over. My wife arrived to pickup order and the owner asked her for the old food. She had a picture but he refused to look at it and demanded the old disgusting food we threw out. She requested a refund for the missing items. They screw up your lunch then insult you by calling you a thief to replace it. New change in ownership recently and the service and quality has really taken a nosedive. We noticed this the last 3 visits. We also notice the last fee times we have been there that people park their cars and walk in with their bags in hand for wrong orders or badly cooked food. Here is a picture of the overcooked onion rings he refused to look at and this was not as bad as the fish that came with it. The roll was hard as a stone. Poor service poor food. Stay away!!!

Such a positive and fun place! The staff and management is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and such a great family restaurant. Quick and delicious. We took our kids there after they earned their new HapKiDo belt as a celebration!!
