As someone who's been to Culvers in Utah, Alabama, Florida, and now Georgia, I can confidently say that hands down this is the BEST Culvers I have ever been to.
Whoever is managing this restaurant needs to be in a corporate position to get the other locations up to the standards this Culvers is running in. The staff are more friendly and polite than Chick-fil-A employees always welcoming you in, bringing you food with a smile, and waving you goodbye. The restaurant is impeccably cleaned and maintained. But most importantly, the food is DELICIOUS!
All of the Culvers I've been to are very hit or miss on the quality and taste of their food, but not the Braselton, GA Culvers. Delicious, hot burgers, incredibly creamy and dense custard, steamy fresh fries, I've never ordered food here that wasn't fresh! Even ordering via DoorDash my custard is still perfectly frozen, and my food is always hot! For frame of reference, I have done dine-in and ordered delivery different times of the day, and no matter the time, the quality is always the same! I've posted photos showing a delivery burger vs dine-in to show the same quality.
Consistency is key, and the Braselton, GA Culvers location has the master key in the fast-food business. Please never change.

I enjoyed my experience very much! Joseph was super nice and had amazing service! You guys should definitely keep him in the front he adds such greatness to the environment! He was super friendly and helpful to me!

I had a horrible experience here. Joseph was really rude to me and didnt ask me if I needed anything else with my meal. He was short and rude and it’s people like him that make me not want to go back :/. He also made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time.
Great place for lunch. We like to sit outside with our Pup, Lou. He loves the broccoli! We received excellent service from Joseph, who was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful! A great guy! Thanks Joseph! People like Joseph is why we keep coming back!

I do not like people around me stacking chairs and blocking off areas other than booths 2 hours before closing. I understand if I come in 1/2 before, but 2 hours, that us ridiculous. By the way, if you want to hear the world's loudest vacuum cleaner, they have it.

Took my three smaller kids here recently, food was fast and really good! Restaurant felt clean and very well-kept. The staff was super fast, attentive and polite. They were very patient with my kids while they were deciding what to get as their mix-ins, thank you all!
