The food was great, and the service impeccable. They have an outstanding group of people working here, and plenty of staff to take care of everyone and everything. Nice to see a business with enough people working to take care of customers and business. Most places these days have a skeleton crew to save labor cost, which in turn hurts business. We love this place. Always clean, friendly and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Food is pretty good at this location haven't had any issues with food or service. Just make sure to check your bank account because this location has a tendency to hit your account with extra charges at times, & you have to call and get it refunded. Doesn't happen all the time but its enough for me to put in a review as a warning. Overall great place to dine.

We placed a group order for the office. There were 6 orders. The burgers all in the same box, no markings telling you what is what. Some has no mayo but you can't tell unless you open the box and take apart someone's burger. That's ridiculous in my opinion. And the drinks were not marked so the sweet tea looks like the dr pepper and the dr pepper looks like the root beer. And we seem to always be missing an item. Last time it was a burger thia time it was a fry. For $80 you would expect a bit more effort.

Food was not hot at all. Both the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were not even warm enough to soften the cheese…..much less melt it. Same with the fries, barely warm. Very disappointing for $26 fast food for 2 people. They were busy so not sure why food wasn’t hot.

Hello, I’m writing today because I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this specific Culver’s location. I am a delivery driver and pick up many orders from this store. Each time, I’m met with extremely passive-aggressive employees, especially one named Brooklyn.
My wife and I come in, give the order name, and even take photos to confirm the pickup in-store when necessary. Despite this, the employees repeatedly demand additional proof that we’ve completed these steps. I understand that this may be part of the protocol, but no other restaurant operates this way.
We’ve been followed out to our car, and on multiple occasions employees have even taken drinks out of our hands—all because we didn’t show the proof they wanted. There needs to be a level of respect and reasonable judgment when working with recurring drivers. We have been coming here for months, yet they still treat us as if we are doing something wrong and insist on rigid rules that don’t match the situation.
Because of these ongoing issues, we will have to think twice before accepting delivery orders from this location—or even choosing to be customers ourselves. This experience has made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Maybe they’re “following the book,” but the way it’s handled comes across as rude, aggressive, and lacking common sense. I hope this can be addressed so drivers and customers can have a more professional and respectful experience at this location.
