I went in this afternoon and was caught off guard by the stench! It smelled like the bathroom doors were left open after someone had an upset stomach. To be blunt, it was a foul odor that smelled like poop or bad gas. I don't know if the employees are nose blind or what but it was disgusting.

First, I am 76 years old and have eaten at Dairy Queen in many states over a lot of years. I love hot dogs. Today 6/4/25 I had my worse visit to Dairy Queen ever. I have been manager of several businesses over the years and know that you cannot survive with service as bad as what I experienced today. But you also can’t fix what you don’t know is wrong. I will continue to go to Dairy Queen, just not that one.

This place is being run in the evening by a bunch of little boys. Standing around talking about girls in vulgar ways. Cussing each other, employees not on the clock hanging around distracting the employees who are on the clock. Food quality, service and atmosphere has certainly went down hill in a year.

Asked the lady for my receipt, she says "here take your receipt" I gave her back the food and asked for a refund. The owner has a nasty attitude as well as the lady. I see why there are alot of negative reviews!

I just had the chicken strip basket and it was terrible. For the price, Zakby's is 10 times better. The fries tasted terrible and toast was limp. I tossed everything but the chicken. Won't go there again unless it's for ice cream.
Bacon ranch burger was a BBQ sauce mess. Onion rings? No onion; all bread. Barely any peaches in Peach Cobbler Blizzard. Service was good.

No one at the counter and everyone gossiping including the manager about firing someone. I called out but was not heard or ignored. I heard a loud lady ask if the mobile was coming through the drive through and again yelled out loudly and finally was heard. Food was cold, shake was melting.
