Diablos Southwest Grill

It was great but suddenly just closed up. Hate to see it gone because it was one of our favorites. Keep wondering why it closed without warning.

Apparently diablos is closed up

We initially had a rough experience. Got a to-go order, queso was missing (no problem accidents happen) but we went back to get the queso and came home again - then I opened my chicken bowl and there was sadly no chicken. However, when we called and mentioned it to the manager, she was INCREDIBLY kind and compensated us well for our issue. She had great customer service. The food is great!

Ordered a chicken taco salad to go. And was served raw chicken. After coming back to the restaurant for a refund I was told I could only get new food made since the only person there was a shift lead. I was then later able to get in contact with a manager who apologized and later made it right.

Just got home with our to-go order and the cup of queso that cost 6$ wasn't in the bag. Then the salsa Verde and regular salsa they gave us must have been bad. The lids were expanded which we didnt notice at first and proceeded to eat it and quickly found out they must have been way past their date - they were fermenting. Worst experience with Diablo's. Used to love this place but unfortunately it's just been going down hill.

Food is great , had some issues with the cashier not knowing how to ring my food up properly he had to get the manager who was also clueless , then the manager took a phone call while another lady ended up fixing everything for me

came back for another try after a few months and i came in with my family meat looked all dry, no one knew what they were doing, almost no chicken ,steak or ground beef, the place was a mess i will not be going back

That is a man. No amount of makeup or body mutilation will change that. While I will agree it is HIS right to dress up and play pretend but it is also my right to not play along. Do not try and force others into agreeing with things factually untrue.

Service was okay. Soda machine was out of syrup, which they addressed when I told them. The food was extremely salty, which seemed to mostly come from the guacamole. I like salt, and so does my fiance. There was so much salt that it caused his blood pressure to spike and I actually felt ill- we both had to drink a lot of water after.Unlikely that I’ll go back. Could have been a fluke, but it was bad enough that I’d much rather go to Moe’s or Barbarito’s rather than risk a repeat.

Was my first time going and ill absolutely be back! The food was fresh & delicious! It was served to me with a bright smile! Makayla was the young lady who helped us, she was patient, kind & courteous! She said she was still new, but she did so well, I wouldn't have ever guessed it!

Ordered here a couple times now and loved it. Tonight, rice is not cooked and crunchy. Didn't receive our chips at pickup order while employees sat outside. Enough meat for one bowl out of the 2 we ordered on the side for some reason and not in bowl. Very disappointed. Boasted about this place being so good. Order for the 3rd time in the past month and my rice is break your teeth uncooked and no meat to go with it!!!!!!!
