Ordered a couple pizzas and they got made quick. After an hour of waiting to get the pizza delivered I finally called to see what was going on. Got told it was done but was gonna be another thirty minutes to be delivered. Thats an hour and a half sitting on the rack. Needless to say the order was canceled. This isnt the first time that they've done this and I'm done with this store.

Stopped in for pizza on a weekday and had a really good experience. There was a small mix-up with one of the pizzas, so I waited a short time while they remade it. The manager was very friendly, handled it professionally, and even offered me a free 2-liter, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the way they took care of it says a lot. I’ll definitely be back.

I called to switch my carry out order to delivery. Upon arriving home an hour and a half later, I realized my order was never delivered. I called to find out why. There was a misunderstanding. Our order was prepared fresh again and delivered. They offered to refund our money. I declined since it was an honest mistake. Food was hot and delicious!!

I ordered a large pizza for delivery and 2 hours later still waiting, tried to call the store to cancel and no one will pick up. This is not how you treat your guest this store is the worst it’s sad it’s the only place on 53 Braselton to get pizza. Finally got in touch with the store no apologies, said it was out for delivery. Cold, pizza, rude service from the store, the driver was very apologetic.

I ordered online; It took over an hour to get my order on a Tuesday night!!! I asked for no mushrooms; it had mushrooms! I asked for light cheese; it had heavy cheese! I asked for extra onions and green peppers; it did not have extra onions and green peppers AND I paid for three marinara sauces and only got two!!!

I have never experienced such unprofessional and dismissive service from a domino’s location. The manager on duty Kristina, was rude, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for resolving the issue with my order. Instead of listening and addressing the problem, she was condescending and dismissive, making the entire interaction unpleasant and frustrating.
As a paying customer and long time rewards member, I expect at least basic courtesy and effort to make things right— neither of which I received from Kristina. This experience has completely soured my opinion of this location, and I will be taking my business elsewhere UNLESS there is a serious change in management and customer service standards.

I had ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza for my husband, and I used their website, one of there employee delivered the wrong pizza, who name is Larry, then i called on the store to talk to the manager or any employee, Larry picked up my phone, and he hungs up my phone 5-7 times, without listen to me. When i told him that i will give him very good reviews online, he said in attitude that “Go Ahead”. And he hung up, i called him again to told him that i want to talk to the manager, each time he just heard my voice and hungs up. I would like to get the call back from the manager. Because it was very bad customer service. I will never recommend this store to any of my friend.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered a special deal from Dominos. It is like they gave me half the cheese and toppings. If Dominos runs a special deal, they need to make it as good as if it weren’t a deal. The pizzas have been better when I don’t get the deal. Dominos if you can’t afford to give the same quality pizza on a deal, DO NOT offer it . It was a complete waste.Stop trying to sell a deal that is less than half the quality of a full price pizza. I quit a different pizza place for doing this! Two pizzas for $6.99 plus tip was $26. Disappointing

This place is consistently abysmal. This past order was the final straw. The bagged salad I made to go with our pizza was warmer than the actual pizza. They never season the crust. This time I made sure to triple check I had selected to have the garlic seasoned crust, and we had one pizza seasoned and the other not. We were quoted 18-29 minutes for delivery at 5:22 and the order arrived at my door at 6:20. I left specific instructions to leave the boxes next to the door as it opens OUT. The stack of pizzas was of course, right in front of the door. And then had the audacity to leave the receipt with the specific instructions right on top of the box. And when you complain to dominos, the only option you have is another free pizza from the place who can’t deliver a pizza correctly. Where is corporate? Or a DM? Someone needs to give this place a standards visit.

The delivery person didn’t knock nor did anyone let me know it was delivered. They just left the pizza on the porch. I thought why is this taking so long walk outside and my pizza was just there. Called and the lady got made about my attitude. That is crappy service and people should respect other people food.
