This place is consistently abysmal. This past order was the final straw. The bagged salad I made to go with our pizza was warmer than the actual pizza. They never season the crust. This time I made sure to triple check I had selected to have the garlic seasoned crust, and we had one pizza seasoned and the other not. We were quoted 18-29 minutes for delivery at 5:22 and the order arrived at my door at 6:20. I left specific instructions to leave the boxes next to the door as it opens OUT. The stack of pizzas was of course, right in front of the door. And then had the audacity to leave the receipt with the specific instructions right on top of the box. And when you complain to dominos, the only option you have is another free pizza from the place who can’t deliver a pizza correctly. Where is corporate? Or a DM? Someone needs to give this place a standards visit.
The delivery person didn’t knock nor did anyone let me know it was delivered. They just left the pizza on the porch. I thought why is this taking so long walk outside and my pizza was just there. Called and the lady got made about my attitude. That is crappy service and people should respect other people food.
The store was clean, the workers wore gloves and were friendly. I like the vibes here. My stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, bacon and cheddar cheese was hot fresh and delicious!!!
Where do they find these people that work at these restaurants definitely the ones in Braselton?! We've never had any issues with dominos in Braselton until now! Been at work come home to order pizza and relax with the family and end up so pissed off im shaking 🫨 😤!!! Driver leaves store at 1046...get txt he's 2 mins away...pulling in neighborhood...pulling up...then back to 15 mins away!! Call ask for manager tell her it's been almost a hr since the driver left...she says oh he's back at the store no one answered the phone!! Wwwwwhat????? No one ever called we have been sitting outside since 10:46 by the fire with phone in hand no call no cars no nothing...I say I want my food to be remade at this point because it been over a hr and a refund because this is absolutely ridiculous!! She says if her driver comes back out the food won't be free.....do what?!?! It's not our fault that your driver is a idiot and blankly lied and I have my call log to prove it!!! She then says she's canceling my order because I insulted her driver and is no longer comfortable severing me! Ended up replacing the order again just to get it almost burnt.....it's truly amusing that people can't admit when they are wrong and just do what's right and fix the issue!
I walked in to 6 employees that did not look up or greet me for my order. They continued to ignore me as I waited for my order. I waited 5 minutes. 2 employees stood at the front counter and had a conversation like I was not standing there. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location in 4 years and it was the 2nd time I received bad service. Will never come back to this location and will be contacting corporate
Delivery driver was impatient while I was opening my door, which I am slow due to being handicapped!!!!

This Dominos has a great welcoming vibe all the way from the point that you walk in. The place is VERY CLEAN and if you want the best stuffed cheese bread thats actually cheesy then Nikki has you covered!
Cant order dominos with red sauce because it's terrible. Best choice is garlic parm sauce. I love tomatoes though so please start using fresh tomatoes instead of canned. I'll order again when you guys do.
So tired of the AI when you first call to place an order, then who ever answered as operator took all our card info THREE times and said it “wasn’t working”, I get notifications when my card is used and if the transactions go thru and if it’s denied, I got neither of those. We’re scared she wrote my info down to just use.
She also stated that since the “card isn’t working on her end” she would transfer us to the location we’re ordering from and that they’d have our order on file but would just have to pay over phone with them or go inside. This took over twenty minutes and she was laughing the whole time. We finally got transferred to the store and they did not have our order at all. The manager on duty tonight was very apologetic but holy shat can yall please take away the AI crap and the random operators and just send us straight to the store phones?!
If it’s too busy at stores for that then hire someone specifically for the phones and register.

Tried ordering delivery about 20 minutes before closing and the website wasn’t taking my card so after many attempts and many cards I had about 5 minutes and I was ordering carryout. I’ve worked in the pizza industry and I know last minute orders are very annoying so I felt bad doing this. But I’m getting ready to leave to go pick it up and they cancel my order?? I called and spoke to the so called manager and he told me they then kbens off 15 minutes before closing. Either that’s a bold face lie cause someone trying to go home early or this a new stupid tradition they are doing. Either way, don’t come here, rude staff and sub par pizza
2 starts is what you get for silebt UBER EATS cancelation. Nor the first time happened. I would give you 2,5 but there is no such a mark.
If you want a cold pizza (received 1 hour later then order), without your drinks and dipps, yes order here

My pizza was ordered at 8:00pm and the food came at 9:24pm.
I live 5 minutes from domino's. I called at the store hung up the phone first time and I called again and employee give me back annoyed attitude over the phone telling me they only have one delivery man. I asked if the pizza is cold I want the money back and they hung up after telling me it's not gonna be cold. It came cold and dried. I'm up to the point I will and I will make sure I will due everything I could do in my power to make domino's decrease in there sales with this kind of customer service and system.
