The girl with black hair working at 12 am on December 21st needs to be fired. Every time I come to this location, the workers have attitude. It feels like they are purposefully choosing the most unfriendly and unqualified workers they can find. I bought a medium drink and a large drink, and I received two mediums. I politely let her know that I had bought one medium and one large drink and she took the drink, poured it into a large cup and added more ice to it right in front of me with a awful look on her face. I will not be coming back here until this Dunkin fires all of these unqualified workers and learns how to operate a business.

I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes watching 3 employees ignore me.
I finally ask someone to help me they did with ATTITUDE . I paid .NO SMILE, NO THANKS, I was handed my food with ATTITUDE like I had inconvenienced you because you had to do a job that you get paid to do. If they weren’t in such a busy location I would think the employees would eventually put this store out of business. I guess the employees don’t understand that customers keep the doors open that generate money to pay them. If you don’t like your job go to work elsewhere. Just don’t be rude to paying customers. I didn’t come in for your attitude I only wanted breakfast. Sincerely, one unhappy customer

There is nothing friendly about this restaurant and the people in it. The lady with glasses that had a dunkin shirt, looks like a manager maybe, is so rude and was cursing like a sailor as I'm waiting for my iced coffee in the drive thru. As far as I'm concerned, if you don't like the job then don't work there. Someone is more qualified than she is I'll tell you that. I've never felt more like a bother in my life then I did after I left the drive thru this morning. Absolutely uncalled for.

We ordered through the drive through, girl over the speaker was very rude and aggressive. We were asked to hold while we were still figuring out what to order which was fine. We waited a few minutes and then asked “ma’am are you ready?” And she aggressively came back on and said “NO”. My husband and I both looked at each other like nobody, especially in customer service, should be talking to folks like that. Once we got around to the window the girl we were dealing had long dark hair, didn’t speak to us, held out her hand for our card, without a word quickly and aggressively gave us our two drinks and food bag then the card and turned away. After we sat there for a second she finally said “have a good day” but in a way that would make you NOT have a good day. Hence the reason I’m writing this review. Service from this specific girl was awful. Hope this helps!

I ordered half a dozen donuts and they gave it to me in a loose bag. Didn't even get the donuts I asked for. Also they are obviously stale at least a day old.

This location has the worst customer service i've ever seen at a dunkin donuts. I've changed the location I go to daily because of it. The food and drinks aren't bad but the workers are extremely rude and blow me off every single time me and my husband go. I keep giving them chance after chance and have seen so many different people working, but not one has stuck out or been present or nice with me. DON'T GO HERE!

I had an online order placed at this location, when I arrived I waited a bit and was asked what I needed, they then proceeded to tell me that no order was placed (when it said it was on the app) and afterwards was told they were out of donuts, like it’s your job to make donuts what do you mean your out…

Decided to go with curbside, since I had my two kids in my car with me, no I didn’t go with drive thru either because I was making an important phone call & checking an email, sadly they forgot about me outside. I then had to walk in & asked about my drink because I saw 3 customers go in and come out with their orders. No they were not busy either. They apologized & gave me a LARGE drink when I ordered a small & gave me a free donut.

The coffee is never sweeten, every time I order they give me coffee and ice. Doesn’t matter if the name says brown sugar espresso. Just brown water with ice Thank you

We went to get breakfast .The store was not busy.The young girl at the counter was rude and did not want to what on us .My husband stood up at the counter for a long time.We reported it to the mgr.My husband does not get upset easy but the service did upset him.
