At drive thru ordered a large frozen butter pecan drink that cost over $6 that I always get in Hoschton location and others and seen it looked darker than usual so I tasted before pulling off and it was mocha flavored so I told the guy and he argued back saying no it's butter pecan and refused to do anything for me. I told him it was gross and I had to trash it because the heavy chocolate flavor makes me nauseous and I'm out $6.30. This happened to me at winder location and they were kind enough to fix it but not these guys they argue saying you're wrong and send you on your way unsatisfied. Never going back here.

“I asked for dark toast. This looks like it spent 10 seconds in the microwave.” I don’t know what part of “dark toast” was unclear, but this came out barely warm and not even close to toasted. Next time, please take that request seriously — I’m not asking for a warm slice of bread.

I ordered a large ice coffee with cold foam. The coffee was about 3/4 filled when I got it and a 1/4 cold foam. I guess that is how you increase profits by not filling cups all the way. Not a good business practice.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a frozen coffee (not an iced coffee), and when I pulled up to the window where I would receive my order I could hear the person that would soon hand me my order say "This isn't a frozen coffee" to someone else behind them. They then proceeded to hand me someone else's iced coffee (not a frozen coffee) and turned around to get the rest of my order. It took me a few seconds to register what had happened, but when they turned their attention toward me again I told them "Hey this isn't what I ordered" they took the iced coffee back from me and I can only hope they didn't then give that iced coffee to whomever actually ordered it for safety reasons. They then took 6-7 minutes making what I actually ordered.

The iced coffee taste like trash and the bagels are always burnt and inedible. I drive 15 minutes to go to the oakwood location because this one is god awful!

Dunkin...ordered 1-1/2 dozen mixed donuts.....stale! Won't be going there again.
Girl at the window this morning was really rude ☹️. Ordered snackin bacon, was given to me undercooked and no seasoning! So I came back and it happened again and the girl at the window pretty much threw the bag at me! Sad but I have no problem going to the hwy 53 location!

I don’t understand why donuts are being thrown upside down in a bag and not put in a box.. employees are not happy to work there and need better customer service. Honestly just needs new management and team.

I specifically went for the munchkin bucket, and ordered in the app and edited with the flavors I wanted but the order was filled completely wrong. It’s really a waste of time to use the app if nobody is going to read the order. I got the cute bucket but 50 donut holes I don’t want. Plus, look at those glazed munchkins - all stuck to ether. I recommend going inside to see your order filled.

This location is sad. Trash all over the dining area. The bathroom was disgusting. When informed about how dirty the bathroom was, the employee replied: “Yeah, someone else told me a while ago.”
Clearly no effort is made to clean with any regularity. Most of the employees’ attentions is directed to the drive thru so service at the counter is slow.
This is not my first experience like this here. Makes me not want to come or treat my children to a donut.

Coffee and ice cream from Baskin Robin was good. Our server was amazing! Attentive took time to let my uncle try different flavors of ice cream and asked me to taste my coffee to make sure it was the way I wanted! Granted it wasn't a busy time but she cared far beyond what was required.
