Bagel was literly hard as a rock. You couldn't cut it, microwave it nothing would help it. The girl at the drive thru was very very rude.

I went here today, the lady that took the order seemed like she was in a bad mood. They told me $25.00 for my order. When I got up there the order was wrong. The Indian guy that spoke little English told me that was my order. I told him no it wasnt. Than I asked him to share the receipt, he looked at me crumpled it up and through it out. Really guy. I didnt think $25 for a large coffee and 4 bacon wraps was accurate.

This Dunkin has the most rude people who work there. They talk & treat you like you shouldn’t be there. The bagel taste like the place smells… BURNT! Ughh. I will find a different one to go to!

Donuts of my choice were dry and tasted like they were 2 days old. First choice were out of product. That's 4 out of 5 times they were out. If they were selling that fast, why not stock more. I guess I'll stay with the Ingles donuts, the best I've found !

I can't comment on customer service or the food bc they weren't even open at 5:30 this morning when multiple cars were showing up just to leave bc NO ONE was there. I had to be at the hospital early this morning and the website says they open at 5:00. Clearly they don't.

At drive thru ordered a large frozen butter pecan drink that cost over $6 that I always get in Hoschton location and others and seen it looked darker than usual so I tasted before pulling off and it was mocha flavored so I told the guy and he argued back saying no it's butter pecan and refused to do anything for me. I told him it was gross and I had to trash it because the heavy chocolate flavor makes me nauseous and I'm out $6.30. This happened to me at winder location and they were kind enough to fix it but not these guys they argue saying you're wrong and send you on your way unsatisfied. Never going back here.
