Waited 5 minutes to get our online order. She handed us two of three drinks and walked to the first window to continue a conversation with her friend. No one came back to the window for 5 minutes. There were 8 drinks stacked at the window waiting to go out. There was other staff inside on their phones behind the counter. There were 6+ cars in line when we left. To get out we had to pull around the vehicle that was still having a conversation. Pictured is the employee that stood there having a conversation with a full line of cars waiting.

Absolutely terrible!!! I took my family here and they were understaffed; the workers who were there incompetent as the day is long. I ordered 2 Boston Crème donuts and she gave me marshmallow filled instead; the Boston Cream were right there in front of her! The marshmallow crème were dry, stale and hard as a rock! They had no napkins in the eating area and no paper towels in the restroom either. I’ve traditionally had pleasant experiences at Dunkin Donuts so I’m assuming that it’s just the Braselton/Highway 53 location that is lackluster. If you live near Braselton, I’d recommend the highway 211 store ; stay the heck away from the highway 53 store!!!!

Dunkin Donuts has apparently lost the recipe for making their donuts. I swear, every time I go through there, they are low on everything- no matter when I go, or what time of day it is. I decided to give them a try today because it had been a little while. I hit the drive through and proceed to place my order and she says, “oh we don’t have any of those”. I asked about another type- nope they don’t have those either. Then I ask her what they do have. She literally giggles into the speaker, and says “oh well we really don’t have anything, tee hee”. Come on! It’s 4:30 in the afternoon!! I shouldn’t be surprised though. It’s par for the course at this location. I’m done with Dunkin.

I took a sip of my coffee and unfortunately realized there was something in the coffee that had the texture of mucus. I opened the lid and there was what appeared to be human phlegm in my coffee! It’s so infuriating to believe that people are capable of doing something so disgusting.

Sunday mornings are dysfunctional. Orders are correct maybe 30% of the time and drive through can take up to 40 minutes.
I stopped by to get my kids and myself a iced coffee, I was the only customer in the store and there was this one young lady on cash and she didn’t even say nothing to me, so I just was waiting I thought maybe there waiting on there computer to work or something but nope, I finally asked do I order here and she said uh yes, like a smart ass and I was a dumass or something so I overlooked that but then my payment came up and she never told me how much I owed so I just waited and I had to ask her how much, she said oh 11 something! Like wow I’ll never be back to this location, if she’s there!!! You don’t have to treat ppl like this then went to the back with all the other kids and just propped up and was just talking and playing like that was so unfair and uncalled for!!! They need to do better!!! I didn’t get her name but I can describe her to a manger or owner, just very upsetting how you get treated these days when you’re just trying to get you a drink! The only reason I gave a few stars is because the drink was good and the little girl that gave them to me was super sweet! So to the one that handled me my drinks thank you very much as I’m already going thru some difficult times and that didn’t help but the little girl that handled me them was so sweet!

Figure I’d give this place another try after avoiding them for over a year. I hope the owner or manager reads these reviews. Picked up food at drive thru. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. Basically just there to hand me my order. Amazed at the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Another Dunkin close by with much better service.

I have had not just one but two horrible experiences at this dunkin. There is absolutely no reason that the drive thru line should take 30-45 minutes just to get up to the window. Then after 5 mins, being told “give me just one minute.” Then another 10 minutes pass and I have to ask, “hello?” To finally be responded to with a “you can go ahead and order.” So I place my order and she tells me to pick out my donuts and I do. I then hear nothing. So I say again, “hello?” Nothing… silence. This is not the first time I have waited well over 30 minutes at this location in the DRIVE thru. My toddler was waiting so patiently for a donut just to not receive it. I decided to leave after all of the time waited and how long it was continuing to take to even place my order. We took our business to the race trac next door and happily ate their Krispy Kreme donuts. The employees clearly have no urgency or customer service and the manager lacks professionalism as well as customer service and urgency as well. We will NOT be returning. Save your time, and go somewhere else!

Drive thru was busy so went inside, the employee at the register just stood there while taking my order another employee came up and started a conversation with her co-worker while taking my order. That is very unprofessional in the work place, my coffee was cold I never received my whole order, I was trying to get a employees attention because they forgot one drink and I just got ignored until I raised my voice to get my daughters hot chocolate. They either need to be retrained or fired.
