The staff is very attentive and responsive. The mozzarella sticks were excellent, probably the best I've ever had. I've got mixed feelings about the fish & chips. Both tasted good, but I was slightly queasy after the meal. It could have been the oil or maybe the batter.

Be careful when you have a large party and anyone pays cash. We had a large party and we were splitting the checks…we gave the waitress $50 towards the bill and asked her to split the rest across 5 bills. Instead, the waitress, Courtney, pocketed the $50 and split the entire bill amongst the 5 people, who expecting we would pay that amount and tip on top of that, while she stole the $50 and did not give us credit towards the bill. When confronted, her manager completely disregarded our concern that Courtney stole the $50 from our party and did everything she could to rush us out of the restaurant. Be careful because these employees are INCREDIBLY sketchy and I hope that someone higher than the manager on duty tonight actual watches the cameras.
We spent almost $1000 tonight and to be stolen from for $50 is unacceptable and the fact that the “manager on duty” supports this is scary. Jack, check your receipts buddy!

F- Worst experience I’ve had in a long time at a restaurant. Sad because I frequent this place trying to invest in local businesses but after a 1.5 hour wait and still not having a table and a rude incompetent manager with a complete lack of ownership for not being able to properly run a restaurant we won’t be going back.

Great service, fairly good food and drink … my issue is with management. We are here at least 4-5 times a week. Normally sit on patio (heated with roll down windows). Today - with friends in attendance, we sat on patio - it was FREEZING. Only one table near the doors. I asked those sitting there if they minded me closing the window behind them and they said no, they too were cold. I rolled down the window and within seconds, the manager came out to the patio and scolded me in front of everyone, then opened the windows again. MINUTES later, the same manager was out closing ALL the windows and wouldn’t even look at me. So much for the customer is always right and loyalty. If there was ANY other option where we lived, I would be there.

This is probably the first restaurant I've ever been to where literally nothing looked good on the menu. And my expectations weren't sky high coming in here. Settled on the Jack's Sunrise, just without the jalapenos. But boy was it an absolute mess. My stomach hurt the whole rest of the night. Service was pretty shoddy too. After clearing our table, our server never brought us our checks. I guess she thought people just liked to sit at an empty table for an unspecified time after they finished eating? After like fifteen minutes we finally were able to ask her. One star back because the manager was walking around checking on people. Poor lady; bless her heart. The only person there who seemed to care.

I looked at the menu online before walking in and decided I would try their smoked wings... I did not smell a smoker as I walked up so I should've known then that they probably didn't have smoked Wings.. I went ahead and ordered them anyways and specified that I wanted the smoke wings.. When they came out I could clearly tell they were fried and very greasy ..I asked the young lady if they were maybe flash fried after being smoked because Ive seen that before..She basically laughed in my face and said we fry them first and then smoke them lol.. Sure buddy!
