The staff is very attentive and responsive. The mozzarella sticks were excellent, probably the best I've ever had. I've got mixed feelings about the fish & chips. Both tasted good, but I was slightly queasy after the meal. It could have been the oil or maybe the batter.
This is probably the first restaurant I've ever been to where literally nothing looked good on the menu. And my expectations weren't sky high coming in here. Settled on the Jack's Sunrise, just without the jalapenos. But boy was it an absolute mess. My stomach hurt the whole rest of the night. Service was pretty shoddy too. After clearing our table, our server never brought us our checks. I guess she thought people just liked to sit at an empty table for an unspecified...
The food here is good especially their Jack’s feathers chicken. However, their phone service is atrocious. There have been multiple days where I’ve been working at the hospital, which is pretty much right next-door and I tried ordering and they just don’t answer the phone and I try multiple times, but no one picks up
