Jersey Mike's Subs

I am not one to ever do reviews but I can't let this one go without saying something. I placed an online order at 2:30 pm today scheduled to pick up at 5:30pm. I arrived at the store at 5:40, 10 minutes past the time that I was supposed to pickup. When I walked in the door there were 3 girls there.
Two of the girls working there were standing around doing absolutely nothing, they were leaning up against the counter with their arms crossed. One of the girls was working and making sandwiches for another customer. When I walked in I went to the pickup area and my order wasn't there. I told one of the girls that was standing around doing nothing that my order wasn't there. She looked around and found my ticket and said "yeah we haven't don't it yet" She handed the ticket to another girl and they started my order. They both acted like it was a huge inconvenience to have to make it. They kept snickering between themselves and giving me the side eye and shooting me dirty looks while they were making my food. I had two cold sandwiches and one hot sandwich. The girl making my cold sandwiches was sort of slinging stiff around and just throwing the sandwiches together. One of them walked over to me and said in a nasty tone that my order would be ready on a minute. I just sort of huffed at her because I was sick of their attitudes. After they they continued to give me dirty lookd and they were giving me tons of attitude. When my food was done one of the girls walked over, slammed the hot sandwich ib the bag and said in a nasty tone "I hope you have a great rest of your day" She was definitely pissed about something and her attitude and tone was just super condescending. I just grabbed my food and turned around and walked out without saying a word. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The girl with the snotty attitude and tone got on the phone and claimed she was the "assistant manager " I tried to explain the situation but she cut me off and said that they were busy and that's why my order wasn't ready. When I walked in they definitely were not busy. In fact they looked pretty bored leaning up against the counter with thier arms crossed just chatting away. The food was fine but the awful attitudes of two of the girls working there leave much to be desired and I'll definitely think twice before going there again just due to their horrible attitudes

Best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had! Coworkers and I all ordered one and couldn’t get over how great it was. Called to compliment the cook who made it but wasn’t able to get a name since they all rotate but it was amazing!

Absolutely amazing place. Love the staff, love the food, and love the location! A very nice pretty young lady and these two wonderful young gentlemen helped me out and made my sub ASAP! And when I say made I mean made! That sub was exceptional!! I absolutely love this place, it is my go to location; whether that be for subs or lunch itself. Keep up the good work guys! The new young manager is absolutely wonderful and one of the nicest people I've ever met!

Sandwiches were great, just a little sloppy. The order was for pickup, and every time I go in there to pick up my order, the staff is in there with this awkward silence and stare. I never feel comfortable in there.

Continuously getting wrong orders and they refuse to take accountability! Called us liars for making the mistake and would not give us the correct order! We order same 2 items every time so we know where mistake was made! Smirky counter help and lying to cover up! This will be addressed at the corporate level. Poor customer service and management! Paid $10 - 5 fee and 5 tip for delivery. JMS forgot 1/2 my order and gave me a hassle when I asked for a refund. Disappointed.

I come here all the time and agree theres a group of girls that work here that are always fighting amongst each other + messing up orders. Love this place when they are not working together. They have zero sense of urgency, service is slow and the portions are super small. Last hot sandwich I ordered was mostly bread.

I’ve been to this Jersey mikes multiple times before and usually whenever a certain group of girls ISN’T working there’s amazing service. Other than that they’ve swapped the orders, talked bad about customers right in front of them and laughed and they’re overall just terrible people and it makes me not want to order from there. They roll their eyes and act like they hate their jobs when they’re the ones who chose to work customer service! I hope they learn manners or else i’m just going to have to run my gas bill up a little more when I want some sandwiches.
