I give this store 0 stars! My experience this evening was terrible! The young man, wearing glasses, that made my sandwich treated me very poorly. In my opinion he needs a lot of customer service skills training. I told him that I needed gluten free bread and that the bread that I received on a previous order from this store was so hard I couldn’t eat it. I asked him to please make sure it was soft. His attitude was awful throughout the entire time even up to the checkout experience. He talked down to me as if I was stupid. I left the store but had to return because the bread was again hard as a rock and I knew I could not eat it. Upon my return, another customer was telling the young man that he didn’t like the way he was talking to him and that he needed to straighten up his attitude. The young man told the customer, “You don’t tell me what to do!” Thank God a lady took care of me and made me a new sandwich. I asked her for his name but she said she couldn’t give me his name. This is the second time I had to return to this store because the bread was so hard I could eat it and on top of it, the manner in which I was treated, I don’t feel comfortable coming back to this store so this will be my last visit.

I was attempting to order a gluten-free kids meal for my two youngest children who have a gluten allergy and was treated very rudely by two of the employees. I was trying to understand what the issue was so I could order they way I needed to according to store policy, but the lady at the grill had no patience and was very iritated that I asked for gluten free buns for a kids meal. I'm not sure why she was acting the way she was, but me and my kids became very uncomfortable and said that we would go elsewhere to eat.

There was a sweet red-headed young lady who was obviously distressed at how the lady who was on the grill was behaving regarding the gluten-free buns and was being so kind and apologizing for the other lady. It was our first time in a Jersey Mike's restaurant, and it was an incredibly uncomfortable and somewhat hostile experience. We won't be back and as far as being accommodating for allergies, I would say they scored a big goose egg in my book. Such a pity as I've heard their sandwiches are good, but being treated so poorly made me lose my appetite.

Walked in an hour before closing and they had everything already broke down and cleaned. The grill was already cleaned. Yes I understand high school kids and what not work in there but if it states more then one place you close at 9 and 2 people walk in a good hour before and make you feel like you can’t even order and they look mad you are in there.

I don't normally stop at this Jersey Mike's location because of a poor experience in the past, but it's definitely changed for the better! The store was clean and the staff was super friendly and fast. The new manager, Vanessa, was really helpful and seemed very engaged the entire time. I have some severe food allergies and Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination! Top quality leader! I will definitely be back because of the excellent service I recieved!

This location is the absolute worst. I don’t know who they are hiring… but good lord. This will be the last time I order from Jersey Mikes. I usually order a giant Philly with just cheese and meat only. This cost $26 on Door Dash or Uber Eats. I happily pay it and tip well… but the quality keeps getting worse and worse. Today, my Philly bread was burnt to a crisp, on top of the meat being hard and dry as can be, and the meat wasn’t even cut up, just in a huge block. The cheese looks like it was thrown on last minute, cheese was only on 20% of the sandwich so it was like just eating a meat sandwich. Every bite was disgusting. First time I’ve ever asked for a refund on the app. After I went to this locations site, it’s clear the management just doesn’t care. A 3.3/5 rating for Jersey mikes is so bad. The lack of trying is just crazy. Never will I eat here again. Disgusting. Every time your sandwich tastes different. Absolutely zero consistency. Whoever manages this place is incompetent and failing.

Ordered a giant cheesesteak and it cost $30!!!! I expected a sub weighing at least 5 lbs but what I got is pathetic!! I’ll never pay these exorbitant prices here again!! Such a shame because I love the sandwiches but there is absolutely zero value here anymore. Waste of money!!

As everyone knows, Jersey Mike's is the most expensive sub sandwich chain around. It does have some of the best quality ingredients though so us customers are willing to pay the extra for the quality, but this lack of turkey on our #7 Turkey and Provolone is ridiculous.
Do better, we worked hard for our money and deserve to get what we pay for.

I am not one to ever do reviews but I can't let this one go without saying something. I placed an online order at 2:30 pm today scheduled to pick up at 5:30pm. I arrived at the store at 5:40, 10 minutes past the time that I was supposed to pickup. When I walked in the door there were 3 girls there.
Two of the girls working there were standing around doing absolutely nothing, they were leaning up against the counter with their arms crossed. One of the girls was working and making sandwiches for another customer. When I walked in I went to the pickup area and my order wasn't there. I told one of the girls that was standing around doing nothing that my order wasn't there. She looked around and found my ticket and said "yeah we haven't don't it yet" She handed the ticket to another girl and they started my order. They both acted like it was a huge inconvenience to have to make it. They kept snickering between themselves and giving me the side eye and shooting me dirty looks while they were making my food. I had two cold sandwiches and one hot sandwich. The girl making my cold sandwiches was sort of slinging stiff around and just throwing the sandwiches together. One of them walked over to me and said in a nasty tone that my order would be ready on a minute. I just sort of huffed at her because I was sick of their attitudes. After they they continued to give me dirty lookd and they were giving me tons of attitude. When my food was done one of the girls walked over, slammed the hot sandwich ib the bag and said in a nasty tone "I hope you have a great rest of your day" She was definitely pissed about something and her attitude and tone was just super condescending. I just grabbed my food and turned around and walked out without saying a word. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The girl with the snotty attitude and tone got on the phone and claimed she was the "assistant manager " I tried to explain the situation but she cut me off and said that they were busy and that's why my order wasn't ready. When I walked in they definitely were not busy. In fact they looked pretty bored leaning up against the counter with thier arms crossed just chatting away. The food was fine but the awful attitudes of two of the girls working there leave much to be desired and I'll definitely think twice before going there again just due to their horrible attitudes
